S/O to My server Destiny, she was genuinely pleasant and attentive to my table although it was a busy Saturday night. I really liked that when she came to the table she had the bread with her as it makes wait times much easier. Ive been to this location several times, this particular time I decided to go with the salmon. It was very charred at the bottom to the point it overpowered the flavor.I asked for the fish to be sent back and it came back more burnt than the first time. Management should do better with quality control from the kitchen. A 7oz portion of salmon doesn’t need to be cooked like a steak. I know not to order that my next visit.

It should be an option for zero stars. I ordered 3 sides and they all came out cold plus they put a pound of sugar on my sweet potato. I guess Chef Mike (microwave) cooked it. They steaks came out but I was still waiting 40+ minutes for sides. Someone else ordered a steak twice and had to send it back twice because they kept bringing it out bloody. The manager was unapologetic and took her plate for the second time. Brandon the waiter was phenomenal and the water was great

The food here was good (although my chicken sandwich came out cold). I went here yesterday and we waited so long for our food, people that got there after us received their food before us. Our waitress barely came around and after 45 minutes of waiting came to tell us that it would take a bit longer (a salad and chicken sandwich). I dont think I’d go back to this location due to this issue. I would have also appreciated the waitress checking in on us more than a couple of times

Well, where to start. Despite low rating, place has potential. Went on a Saturday night in a group of 4. Wait said 60 min. Expected. Ended up being over an hour and a half. So many people there, despite so many open tables. Service was slow as we had to remind the server numerous times. Food was alright. Ordered steak and shrimp. The butter was not hot and the shrimp was a little cool. Probably stood around as the steak rested. Atmosphere. Welll, nice as expected, but wow…ended with a serious case of the “munchies”. Lol.

Ellis–one of the managers at this location, demonstrated true leadership. I observed him bussing tables, serving tables, speaking to customers, running food, directing orders & other tasks on the floor . He rolled up his sleeves and worked diligently to provide exceptional service. Kylee J, our server was very attentive to our table in the midst of a busy dinner dining room. I observed her serving several tables with the same enthusiasm. I also loved the way other staff worked together to serve each table.
Our bread, appetizers, & food came out hot & delicious. This was a great experience! I will visit this location again when I’m in the area!

Went there on a Monday night. Arrived at 6pm & got put on wait list. After 45 min we finally got sat. It took server 25ish minutes to come to our table. We ordered everything because we had enough time to look at the menu. We ordered bar drinks, appetizers and main entrees. The drinks came 20ish min later. Had to get up and find the server to get utensils that (hostess was supposed to give us) just to slice bread and spread butter. Around 8 server apologizes for the long wait and offered a complimentary salad but didn’t take it. Our food finally arrived at 9pm and steaks were cold!!!!!! REALLY!!!!! The sides were hot and good unlike the steak. I had seen the manager going around to different tables addressing issues & I wasn’t gonna add to it. I asked for the bill and a Togo box and left at 9:30. The place seemed unorganized and chaotic. Staff was overwhelmed and overworked. It completely showed in their service and food. I will not be coming back to this location.

We waited almost 2 hours to be seated and our food took a longer than expected which was disappointing but it was quite busy for Valentine’s day weekend so it’s understandable. Bread, appetizers, food, and drinks were all great all things considered! The most outstanding part of our visit was our server, David, he was the best! He was very attentive and friendly. Amazing service, great energy, would definitely come again just for him.

Man we went on a Sunday at 5pm . Walked straight into the bar and had to wait 20mins to even order a drink. Then an additional damn near hour to get our food. I wanted to like this place so bad but everyone that walked in kept having something to complain about. Only good thing was our bartender was doing the best he could with everyone at the bar.
Spent over 100$ for 2 people and shitty service. Not worth it.
