My daughter and I came here this evening to celebrate her birthday. Our server Ryder was fantastic! He gave exceptional service even though he also had a large party that he was taking care of at the same time. Our food came out hot in a reasonable amount of time and was visually appealing. My daughter had a ribeye and said that it was really good. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken and it was great as well.

My family and I recently ate at the Bismarck Longhorn Steakhouse for my wife’s birthday. Our server was excellent, the food was great, and the whole Longhorn team surprised us by signing a birthday card for my wife.
The biggest treat was when our server (again she was excellent) brought out a birthday sundae with a lit candle so we could celebrate and sing my wife happy birthday (pictured below)
The service staff went above and beyond and it made for a great night.

The worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
The waitress served me with a very arrogant attitude, like if she know me or something, she didn’t want to give me water, she didn’t want to give me fresh limes. On the contrary, she told me she didn’t have time to cut fresh limes for me, and lied that she cuts this limes a hour ago. Plus I find hair on my steak.
Last time I will visit or my family will visit this place.

We had such an amazing experience at Longhorn this evening, last minute decision to stop and eat. Our server was fantastic, very friendly, attentive, great attitude and made us feel like we were well taken care of the whole time we were there. I usually NEVER am one to complain about food I order or anything but the way I was treated making me feel like I’m an idiot made me absolutely not ever want to come back to this place I have ordered 6 oz flos filet mignon everytime I go there and my daughter ordered it tonight too and our steaks didn’t even resemble looking like the same and mine has always looked like hers but I was told they were the same steak I’m going to post online to see who agrees but I will absolutely not be going back there manager was not professional at all and like I said I am absolutely the last person to cause confrontation but that was absolutely horrible!

We went for the desserts. Said we should of came here for dinner the night before. Our server was amazingly tentative. He was there for anything we needed. Out desserts were very tasty. Lots of fresh berries. Would definitely come back for dinner anytime.

Excellent on atmosphere, service and food. The RedRock Grilled Shrimp excellent! Cheddar stuffed mushrooms excellent! My husband said his sirloin steak was the best tasting he’s had in a long time and cooked perfectly! The side salad was also very fresh and delicious!

The place was busy as usual. I didn’t even check the wait time and headed right to the bar. Taken care of immediately. Beer was cold and delicious. Received the bread loaf, warm and soft. Ordered the 6 oz. Renegade medium, ceasar salad, fries. All the food was great. Since I was flying solo tonight ate at the bar, watched some Wild hockey. 2 tall beers, steak, fries, salad and that loaf of bread $29ish plus tip came to a very reasonable $40! Thanx Longhorn!
