Used to love this place but totally gone downhill. Hostesses ignore you….. totally rude. Got a text saying to see hostess to be seated and 3 girls standing there and will not acknowledge you. Finally get seated after 10 minutes of being ignored. Food was super slow to come. Server was friendly but not very attentive.No bread….. Table was dirty, food came burnt….after waiting for what seemed like forever. We were never asked if we wanted beverage refill. This has pretty much been exactly the same the last 3 times going here. I’m sorry but you can get a better meal at McDonalds….. Three strikes and you’re out……Won’t be going back….. Do better Longhorn…..

Had a great visit to LongHorn Steakhouse. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they gave excellent drink pairing recommendations that really complemented our meals. The steak was cooked exactly to order—tender, flavorful, and just how we asked for it.
One downside was the roasted corn. It was just okay and didn’t quite live up to what was advertised. For a $3 upcharge, it wasn’t really worth it.
Overall, though, the service and main dishes made for a satisfying dining experience. It’s worth a visit, especially if you’re in the mood for a well-prepared steak and solid service.

Service was friendly, food took forever to come out. We had a pretty large table yet we were only brought one bread. At roadhouse, we get unlimited bread. The food was good, but not hot so I feel like it was sitting there for a while which would explain why it took so long to come out. Very expensive compared to roadhouse so I would choose them over longhorn. My experience wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t come back at these prices for almost the same food.

Service was fantastic! Restaurant was slow, needed more energy. One entree was amazing, another had very oversalted steak (The staple food item here). Could have been a little more clean and sharp. So much opportunity just with lighting alone – Shades falling off chandeliers, several different styles of bulbs, dusty etc.

Use to love here but today another story. I went in and ask for how long was the wait time, they say 15 minutes so I stayed, ended waiting over 35+minutes. When finally seated waitress said they were out of bread, lemonade and shrimp (appetizer). I asked why and he said I can bring you my manager and you can ask. Waited for over 20+ minutes to get my food. The only warm thing in there was the meat, the shrimp was really cold and meat was not the term I asked for. My waitress took his time to come back so I end eating it. Overall really bad experience on a restaurant that usually is a 5 star.

I can never find a good made steak at any place than here. Second time with the family, service and food is excellent as always. Appreciate the waitresses always checking on us and making sure our drinks are filled w/out asking.
