Always had great service and food when dining in. Though I noticed a change in the potatoes, they taste different. The only thing that’s an ick is the floors are sticky and visibly dirty. The booth tables could definitely use some dusting of the lamp shades. Other than that I recommend the white cheddar stuff mushroom and don’t do crub side pickup. We did curb side pick up a few times, took them 10 minutes to come out, after checking in and drop the order off? Oh the waste of plastic just put the potatoes and broccoli with my meat.

Walked out after 2 hours. They brought the lobster out while we waited 20 minutes for my husband’s filet that never showed. His lobster was served cold. My chowder was served 10 or so minutes before my husband was served his lobster. Never received my rice pilaf. I asked for the manager twice and they never came to the table. Ended up just paying for our drinks and salad and walked out. Worst dining experience we ever had. I highly do NOT recommend this place.

Ordered curbside pick up on Friday at 2PM. After staying in my car being checked in for 20 minutes, went to a store to find my order just sitting there. Food was cold, box with French fries wasn’t closed well so all the fries fell of. My medium rare steak was well done. Never again

As a long time patron of Long Horn Steak House I can strongly recommend that anyone and everyone attend. Whether it’s the food, atmosphere or service you’ll never have a bad experience and for all use food reviewers out there who are worth our weight in the food we taste and consume I can confidently say that even if you are not a steak fan you will find something you like. Honestly how often do you hear of a steak house having excellent fish, chicken and burgers? Not often but at Long Horn you’ll find that and more.

The service was very poor. Only three water for a party of five. My steak was well done when I ordered medium. My sister’s chicken & lobster tail order came very salty with no lobster tail.
