Came in for dinner on a Tuesday. Place wasn’t busy at all. The place was kinda cold. Order the Longhorn meduim rare / mushrooms and asparagus. Order my son the TBone Steak.
The food finally arrived after a 30 min wait. They got my order wrong. They brought out the Tbone for me and a sirloin for my son. Very disappointing. My steak was well done also very disappointing
It was very salty. Only ate about a quarter before calling it quit

I’m at the location in Greenfield on south 76th and I had the BEST service from Nakeal. Sweet the whole time, excellent, EXCELLENT attitude, just very attentive and fast. Didn’t have to ask for anything more than once and whatever was asked for the one time she brought it back immediately. That’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back! Hopefully she gets all the praises (and raises) she deserves! Overall just top tier

We visited LongHorn Steakhouse to celebrate my birthday, and while the food itself was decent, the overall experience was disappointing due to the service.
We called ahead of time, and when we arrived, we waited about 10 minutes to be seated, which was perfectly fine. The issue started when we were taken to a small round table that clearly was not suitable for our party of seven. There were larger tables available toward the back of the restaurant, so we asked to be moved, which thankfully was accommodated.
Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude really affected the experience. From the host to our waitress, the energy was very dry and unwelcoming. Our waitress seemed irritated and as if she didn’t want to be bothered. While she did her job and made sure we were served, her attitude showed, even when she tried to hide it.
We also asked about complimentary bread, which we thought was supposed to be served earlier in the meal. We were told it was coming, but it didn’t arrive until our entrées were brought out, which felt a bit odd.
Overall, we got through the meal, and the service was technically handled, but the lack of warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness took away from what should have been a special birthday dinner. The experience was not terrible, but it definitely wasn’t welcoming or memorable in a positive way. I expected better customer service for a celebration.

Had lunch on Monday… My server was Christine H. She was very friendly & provided excellent service! She took my drink order, and after serving my drink, she explained menu items & place my order. I had the Parmesan Crusted, Bone in, Outlaw Ribeye 20oz steak & it was cooked to perfection! Great flavor, juicy & very tender!!

Every time I have been here, the “curbside” isn’t a thing. You wait 20 minutes and then have to go inside to actually pick it up. This has been consistent every time. I’m fine with walking in but don’t lie to me about how long it actually takes.
I got a text message my food was ready for 4pm, only to be told that I had to wait for the food to be ready even though the online order was placed at 3:30pm and I am still waiting at restaurant as of 4:30pm.

This was my first visit here and it read not a very good one. Our several was in a big hurry didn’t take time to listen to each of us. 1 person asked fo water and before anyone could say anything he was walking away had to call him back so we could ask him for the things we needed. Then my food came and there was a long hair in it, my potato was supposed to be plain and it had sugar on it. When I complained they replaced my meal but a manger never came to the table, no apology was made and no restitution other than the replacement. Not a great first impression.

I absolutely love the food here, I wish they took reservations. Waiting to be seated can really drag sometimes specially with toddlers or younger children! But is definitely worth the wait ! I enjoyed there barbecue ribs, steak & macaroni !

I hated it. My server was ok but over worked. The restaurant smelled like a dead mouse was in there. Insects were flying around. My children went to the bathroom and it was nasty. They can’t sing the Happy birthday song. I should’ve went to Outback.

Food is good overall. We usually only come for the tonion, craving that appetizer every week! Steak is good, we get the filet and the sirloin. Hit or miss, sometimes less or more cooked but still delicious!
Atmosphere is where the issues stem from. Not really in control of the people working here. Lots of rude customers, and often someone has a crying/screaming child somewhere in the establishment.
Had to witness some woman berating our server tonight seemingly over a drink, more so a policy on alcohol which is not even the server’s fault. Always an off putting scene for people to berate food and retail workers. Entitled people.
