We were seated right away, the service was a slow start but wonderful after they acknowledged we were there. They offer warm bread when they take your drink order. My food was amazing the steak was cooked perfectly to my liking and the shrimp was great with the rice. My husbands steak was a little over cooked but it was still edible. Great atmosphere, we witnessed some elder regulars getting attention from many of the servers passing by it was very heartwarming. We will definitely be coming back!

Waited 30 minutes outside for my food. Just for it to be the wrong type of steak, wrong temp, and overcooked rice. $75 on food gone to waste and to think I tipped for a pickup order to be brought out looking like someone tossed it around in they car or shook it upside down. By far the WORST experience as a traveler here on a business trip. My husband is a chef and he couldn’t believe they gave me two undercooked sirloins instead of the NY strip I ordered. I called to speak with a manager whom never picked up the phone. Gave the steaks to my dog.

Server we had was amazing, kept our drinks full and always checked in on us. There was a bit of a wait for out food but he kept us informed on how long it would be until our food arrived. Food was great aswell.

Wow worse experience ever! First it took over 35 minutes for our appetizer’s to arrive all while we sat with no bread either. Our appetizer came but no plates so we had to ask for both our bread and plates mind you 45 minutes into our visit then we get our potatoes and steak the person is not our server and walks away before we can ask for steak sauce so we glad her down again because our server is still with another table and ask for both steak sauce and salads we get our salads and have to ask for steak sauce again. So we got our salads last and an hour after being there I also brought it to my servers attention that my medium steak was more rare and I didn’t want it, he did offer to make a new one but at this point and hour and a 15 minutes into our did not want to wait another 20 minutes for them to make one. A manager wasn’t available and we were left paying for a raw steak I’m going to take home and recook! Pictures included you be the judge I’m not asking if you like rare or medium I’m saying if you order medium this is not medium it is rare! Ps the server also said this looked medium to him but he would have them make another it would just take about 20 minute….didnt sound like they really wanted to remake it and I didn’t want to wait least they could have done was not charge me then!

The staff were very welcoming and our server was the sweetest and very attentive. The food is little pricey but you get what you pay for. I had the rack of ribs that was delish. The salad had a lot of veggies and cheese (don’t see all of that much anymore) and the loaded potato wa HUGE! Great experience!

Our waitress only came to get our order. We had no water in our glasses our whole meal. My broccoli was rotten. My steak was well done ordered medium. She never came to check on us. Kept ignoring us. Not good customer service at all. Not ok.

We had a group of 5 and decided on an early before concert dinner. There was no wait. We had a friendly attentive server. We enjoyed the warm bread and appetizers. Our steaks, burgers, and chicken were cooked perfectly. Everything tasted fresh and seasoned well. Our server had to leave because service had slowed. The young lady that took over was not as enthusiastic as our first server but she basically was left with clean up. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere was good, and the prices reasonable. We plan on going back.

I feel bad when a “bad” tip is left but the server took forever to get to us. And then seemed to rush us asking every 5 minutes if we were good. Then rushly dropped the bill off. Forgot the bread during the meal or before it. Then grabbed the bill before we were gone basically to check the tip. As a former server I was so disappointed in his serving. On 63$ they would’ve gotten 15-20$ tip for good service. Poor kid only got a 10$ and I don’t feel bad. Great food. They weren’t busy enough for the neglect, you are suppose to greet within 2 minutes not 20. Fingers crossed the next visit will be better.
