I had an ABSOLUTE BLAST here!!! It was super busy for a Saturday night but they were able to get us seared quick. Our Server Taylor is THE BEST! so try to get in her section. The drinks were amazing and the stuffed cheesey mushrooms were to DIE FOR. I swear I wanted to lick the plate . Even though this place was super busy. The atmosphere was very relaxed and very cozy. I actually enjoyed the steakhouse a lot more than Texas dookie house.

My second time coming to longhorn and I want to say that Brooke did an outstanding job. Her attentiveness was superb. I’ve worked in food service for a while and I can say without a doubt that she was one point. Service 10, smiling, she knew the menu inside and out and gave a wonderful recommendation. Ive eaten inside here 3 times and Ive never had a good food experience eating inside this steakhouse.
My to go order however was perfect. I ordered and picked up 1 Outlaw Ribeye rare and 1 6oz Sirloin cooked rare. When I arrived home they were closer to medium rare which actually was the goal temp. I will absolutely order steak to go from here again.

Edit two weeks later, after second visit: our night was so disappointing. Food not brought out to us after asking multiple people, food uncooked multiple times, staff ignoring our table. It’s so upsetting because we came back to celebrate my birthday and the night wasn’t really enjoyable. Total opposite of our first visit :(.
Tonight was our first visit in and it was hands-down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Every single food item we ordered was perfect and the drinks were fantastic. Our waitress, Taylor, was so sweet, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations. It being our first time in, we ordered a bit of everything to try.

First time at the new longhorn tonight! I love the inside so cozy and beautiful! Staff was amazing and so was the food! Leo was our waiter! Probably my best experience with a waiter in the last 10 years! Super attentive and quick. Never waited for or asked for anything. He was also very kind and respectful the entire time! The manager on duty Thomas was one of the best managers I’ve came across in the food industry! So personable and nice as well. We will definitely be returning!! Our new favorite steakhouse thanks to the staff and quality of the food! 10/10

My party enjoyed our food. We had the parmesan crusted chicken (a little salty but not overly), ribs (My husband loved them), salmon, house salads, .broccoli and loaded mashed and baked potatoes. We would go back.

LongHorn Steakhouse was great, and our server Terrance made it even better. He was super friendly, checked in at the right times, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. My steak was cooked perfectly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Terrance really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Ventured out today, New Years Day 2026. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but felt like I had to today because we were both very disappointed. My husband and I both ordered off of the lunch menu -steakhouse cheeseburger and fries. The burgers looked like premade patties, far from tasting fresh, they were hard and dry on the outside, not juicy at all on the inside- I ordered mine medium. Sadly, they were on the cold side as well, not fresh and hot off the grill. (They were not busy, we were there an hour after they opened, but it still took a while to get our food.) The buns were stale and dry. Fries were old, cold and overly salted/seasoned as most of their food is now. We don’t ever like to send food back for fear of what “extra” we could get back. It was a horrible lunch. We won’t be returning. Should have gone to Texas Roadhouse across the street, we have never been disappointed there. Ever. Don’t waste your money here, they have gone way down hill.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. Partway through our meal, we discovered a bug in the salad—as shown in the attached photo. This is completely unacceptable in any dining establishment.
What made the situation worse was how it was handled. They left the bug-contaminated salad on the bill and only comped 50% off the full check. That gesture felt insufficient considering the seriousness of the issue.
We didn’t finish our meals and chose not to take any leftovers home. The incident completely ruined our appetite and experience.
This visit left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and unheard. We won’t be returning.
