I had a delicious filet mignon perfect baked potato. The service was super attentive and the girl that was serving me was super nice. She even offered me an extrs Diet Coke to go. The meat was so tender I died and went to heaven. I enjoyed the Ambiance it was very rustic with horns as chandeliers. I would really enjoy coming back here again. I was there early around 5:00 so there was no wait for the table.

We were there a little after 5, so before the big rush. So it wasn’t crazy busy yet, but it took our server over 5 minutes to acknowledge us. We ordered our food when we ordered our drinks. Took 45+ minutes and then we asked the waiter for an update 3 minutes later he comes with the food. We both got steaks they were not cold but definitely not hot, they had clearly been sitting for a while. My steak was very chewy. The other tables around us waited a long time too. Idk who was managing the restaurant but that was one of the worst run restaurants I have ever experienced.

This was the best visit I have had to a LongHorn Steakhouse, so glad I stopped into the Bloomington, Indiana location while in town for work. As soon as I walked in I was seated by their super-friendly host, and then my server promptly took my drink order, as soon as I was ready ordered food. I ordered their steak, loaded baked potato, and unique mac & cheese, I even requested to bring a side early and it was brought out minutes later. The food was all cooked exactly as requested, even the steak at well done. I will be back to a LongHorn Steakhouse during my travels.

I ordered the outlaw ribeye with a salad and the steakhouse mac & cheese. The steak was amazing, but I don’t think the mac & cheese was worth the extra $3 upgrade. My wife ordered the lobster tail with Flo’s filet, and that was really good. The server forgot to bring one of my wife’s sides, and my wife didn’t realize it until much later that night. The ambiance was perfect – not packed full of commotion like other steakhouses.

We hardly ever have a bad experience here, even when they’re short staffed! They have one of the absolute best steaks in town!!! It has the best flavor! The only issue we may ever have is that the steak isn’t cooked to our specifications! Not too big of a deal as long as they fix it and give fresh sides after we have to wait! The bread is a nice touch also, and I love those spicy chicken bites!!! The spicy chili-ginger sauce is to die for!!! I’ve tried so hard to duplicate this sauce, but can’t seem to find the right balance! Definitely will always come back to visit!!

Update: outlaw Ribeye remains to be excellent. Mac and Cheese was so and so though. Maybe I have grown out of it. Great service as always.
