Food was so good we had to take our shoes off so our toes could wiggle.
The drinks were generously strong and quick to arrive at the table.

Food was delicious!!! Filet cooked perfectly and the fries with cheese and bacon dipped in ranch was so yummy!!!
The cowboy ribeye was cooked perfectly as well but the baked potato was overly salty.
Anthony our server was not very attentive, didn’t really ask if we want more bread or drinks we had to ask both times.
Will definitely go back but not in his section.

I am being cautious on my food rating and not hard on Longhorn Steakhouse.
My wife and I both found the food to be over salted and seasoned. Many people do in fact like the heavy salt and seasoning, so it is really a preference, not a negative. Service was great and and the atmosphere was pleasant as usual.

I really wish I could rate better because before tonight Longhorn has become a very favorite steakhouse of mine. Been probably less than a month that I’ve been there which was very good but tonight was A bad experience. Showing up around 5:30 walk up to the desk and put my name in sit down young lady said it would probably be around five minutes but after I see 2 to 3 families go before me I walk up to the desk again and a young man approached me and said can I help you. I said well I put my name in and I’m seeing all of these other people go before me and he looks at his records. He says oh we forgot to put your number In?? Anyway, long story short, he seats me. And finally, the waitress shows up I asked for a water. she says the bread is in the oven and 10 or 15 minutes later I get the water but still no bread and again noticing three or four tables around me a family not only gets their water, but their appetizers AND their salad and I’m still with just water. finally, she came with the bread I put my order in for the fillet, medium rare and maybe 20 minutes later she comes back with the steak that is extremely rare. After explaining to her, my experience so far has not been good. She looked at the steak and agreed that it was definitely not medium rare so she takes it back and 10 minutes later she comes back with the same steak just as rare only this time it was tough because apparently they thought maybe they let it sit for a while and become medium rare well no it didn’t and it was really tough and cold. Finally talked to the manager who was the young lady who took my name in the first place when I walked in the restaurant, I asked her I said I’m confused because I normally have a very good experience here and she explained that when I walked in that that was when the shifts at 5:30 came in. And I asked her did you get a new chef also and she admitted yes.. OWNER.. you need to get a grip on your business or whoever is responsible for this .. you used to be so much more better than this… I so enjoyed the atmosphere and coming as a single person sitting and knowing that my food and service is going to be good, I’m afraid that’s not that way anymore

This is now my second time having a bad experience with this location. I ordered two steaks both medium and this is what I recieved. Steak was tough and taste burnt on the outside but undercooked inside as if it was cooked at a really high temp. I will not be back to this location. I have put in a request for a call back but have recieved no response.

The food and atmosphere are always fantastic, but the staff was so sweet and accommodating when my autistic son got overstimulated. He even damaged an item at our table. They did not care. Their only concern was that we all had a pleasant experience. One team member even offered the option of slipping out the service door if we needed to just leave. I can’t express how much I appreciated being understood in that moment. The moment passed and we enjoyed our dinner and night out, thanks to the quick and thoughtful response of the wait staff. Well done!

My friend and I took her grandson out for a steak dinner. Our waitress went above and beyond for us. I cannot remember her name but I told her I wanted to post about our time there and her. We needed help getting around and our waitress she said she was a CNA I believe that’s what she said. The other customers around us helped as well. So we felt very special last night. The steak was perfect with great flavor and the baked potato was huge and cooked all the through. I ate my steak salad and a little bit of the potato so I brought it home along with my ribeye bone for my Roxie girl. I ate the potato for dinner tonight. I had never been to Longhorn Steakhouse before but you can bet I will go again. Great place great people and great Steaks!!!

Restaurant is having a hard time keeping items in stock. A month ago, they were out of brussel sprouts. When they got them back in, they were out of baked potatos. Then it was baked sweet potato out of stock. Now they are out of brussel sprouts again. I can understand one item, or occasional issues, but it’s been constant for the last two months.

Went tonight to celebrate my 11th Anniversary to my love. He ordered a 9 oz Flo filet, mac n cheese with asparagus. I had an 8 oz sirloin steak, loaded baked potato, salad. We shared onion petals with the zesty sauce. The waiter was very nice, funny and attentive. Great job Longhorns! You must try!
