So let me first say the prices to eat out are not cheap. If your paying 20 per plate or more let’s reassure so fresh food. The lettuce for my Cesar salad was rotten. You know that can posion someone right ? I use to Gm a sports bar for 8 years. If the lettuce is bad put it on the waste sheet and get rid of it. Its not hard to do whats right and get another bag of it out. Secondly , when its brought to your attention maybe don’t treat the customer as if they are annoying you for asking for a different salad . Second salad still bunch of bad lettuce. Bread was cold both times it was brought out , had to ask for refill 3 times. Had to take the menus and place them on your kiosk because server never took them and we were bunched in at a very small table for a large party. You weren’t busy enough to of not pushed another table together for us. Over all longhorn use to be my favorite , but its seriously declined. Texas road house has better prices, hot rolls and fresher tasting food. Wont waste my time w Longhorn anymore. Sorry

We ended up having to send our order back and our waitress Nevaeh promptly corrected the situation and the manager himself cooked our replacement. Nevaeh was super personable and very helpful. Our food (the outlaw ribeye) was cooked perfectly “medium rare but on the rare side” as we requested. Great service!

This location is much more low- key than the rest. This is the only longhorn sorry of Dayton, I believe. The restaurant was clean overall, but they are not cleaning the back of the booths. There was so much food in our seats and behind the cushion (the bigger booths that are oval shaped).
Anyway, our server was very nice and our food came out really quick. It was a nice experience overall.

Terrible terrible experience. Everyone was fighting with each other publicly. Publicly disrespecting other staff to customers, infront of customers. The “floor manager for the night” with the insanely hideous floral shirt was wildly unprofessional. I’m pregnant and needed my burger medium well done and it was barely even medium. I didn’t even bother complaining or asking for it to be removed because by the time I even took a bite my appetite was pretty much gone from just observing how ridiculously disrespectful the staff was to each other.

We celebrated Mother’s Day at the LongHorn Steakhouse in Moraine, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Our server was incredibly customer-friendly and attentive—always checking in with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive.
The restaurant itself was spotless, welcoming, and had a warm, relaxed atmosphere that made our special day even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, and the service really elevated the experience.
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great meal and exceptional hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately some of our food was over cooked and didn’t arrive until it was brought to the managers attention. The manager did try and compensate us for some of the inconvenience.

Once again another fantastic dinner. Definitely worth the wait. Our waitresses was absolutely the sweetest polite young lady. The hostess was awesome and so nice. Definitely try if you haven’t won’t be disappointed! We will all be back soon. Thanks LongHorn Steakhouse!!!!!
