NADIR was our server and he was FANTASTIC! I had a wonderful 7 pepper seasoned ribeye. My husband had a filet. He added two lobster tails to his meal and I had one, also. Amazingly, the lobster was cooked perfectly and they were absolutely delicious. Every part of our meal was wonderful; steaks, Caesar salad, garden salad, baked potatoes, and lobster. A huge shout out and a BIG thank you to the cook! ☺️
My husband and I have been eating at Longhorn steakhouse restaurants (Texas, Tennessee, and Ohio) for 20 years and we are so happy to have this location 20 minutes from our home.
And, to any fresh lobster snobs out there… we have eaten at most high-end chain restaurants that offer fresh lobster and we can honestly say that this was every bit as good as we’ve had at Flemings, Ruth’s Chris, Morton’s, McCormick and Schmidt, etc.☺️

January 2026 UPDATE: We have been back several times and it is definitely hit or miss with the service being good to great, and food being good to great. Also, if you go when they aren’t busy, you will most likely get a lukewarm baked potato. BUT, that is exactly the same situation in every Longhorn Steakhouse location we’ve been regularly going to for 20 years; Cedar Park, TX, Knoxville, TN, Naples, FL, Cincinnati, OH, etc. If they aren’t busy, you will get a very tasty baked potato but it will most likely NOT be hot.
Despite the inconsistencies (which obviously cause us frustration and disappointment), we love Longhorn Steakhouse and we will continue to be regular customers.

I went for my birthday, had an excellent steak and salad, even a free dessert. Staff were exceptional and informative all around. I intend to visit again for sure

Took over an hour to get 2 steaks (ordered medium and medium rare). Both were well done, extremely chewy and almost no taste to it (one tasted burnt). Our option was to have one steak comped off our check. They would not be able to get another steak out to us in a timely manner. Still paid $50 for food we just left on the plate. We probably only eat 10-15% of food given to us since it was cold and tasted bad. One steak had two bites out of it (tried to eat it but it was too bad), the other was not eaten at all. Talk about massive disappointment.

We went out to celebrate a career promotion. Ultimately left upset with the subpar food given and put a “bad taste in our mouth” – literally and figuratively. Not sure if there are new cooks or management, but this place has gone downhill quickly. Not going back any time soon. We can spend $50 somewhere else and get substantially better food and service.

Also, bring back the prime rib!

Food was good and delicious. The service was a bit on the slow end. People that came in and ordered after us, got their steaks before we did. Think they forgot to enter our order. The place was fairly busy but wasn’t noisy at all.

We had a very good experience today for lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse. I decided to order the salmon, and it was prepared perfectly, and served on a bed of rice – all at the right temperature. A side of broccoli completed the meal. Our server was helpful and attentive, making certain my drink was regularly refilled throughout the meal. Well done!

This has always been our favorite Longhorn location for quite some time. My wife’s Filet is always cooked perfectly (well done). My salmon always has a nice sear and cooked all the way. So last night we met our friends here for dinner and I’m not sure what happened to the great record we had here for great meals. Three out of four meals were wrong. Our friends steak came out pink inside when she ordered well done. My wife’s filet came out with pink inside also when she ordered well done. My salmon came out really undercooked, kind of like raw sushi. Our friend sent her steak back and I sent my salmon back to be cooked properly. My wife did not because she believes its unsanitary to do so due her already having a bite or so. Well, our friends steak came back out just as pink as it was before. She decided not to eat it at all and returned it asking for her steak to be taken off their bill. She asked for a dessert instead, which they charged her for. My wife said something to our server about that after everything that happened and the dessert was comped. Well I finally received my salmon dinner after everyone at the table was done eating. My dinner was finally cooked correctly, but I waited a long time to get it. We were not looking for a free meal, we felt it would have been nice to be offered a free dessert or something, even if we didn’t take it. After tonight’s dinner, we decided to visit the West Chester location from now on.

Great restaurant. Usually. Came here on a Saturday evening, which was probably the first mistake. Was seated fairly promptly for a party of 3, considering the restaurant was bustling. Next to us was a very large & noisy table of at least 20 who were done eating, doggie bags wrapped & were just killing time. Our server was clearly taxed. Took forever to get our drinks (soda, water) & finally our order. We waited for quite a while for our food, but it was hot & fresh. It was delivered by kitchen staff. Eventually our server came back to check on us & refill drinks. More waiting. Had to keep reminding him everytine he came back to the table, that we were still waiting on refills. The biggest insult at the end of the night, is that he’d given our bill to another customer, which was about $20 less than ours. So of course, the other customer(s) gladly paid it & left. Kind of dishonest in my book; not everyone has scruples or pays attention. So he explained this to our table & told us he’d put the difference of the bills out of his own pocket. He tried to resolve this by offering free desserts as well. One member of our party GAVE him the money in cash as a “tip”, but we paid the bill as is. Nice server, but totally out of it, harried and could’ve used help in serving that large 20+ party. Moral of the story: don’t go on a weekend? Don’t go in if there’s a huge, raucous party already there? Get a more attentive waiter/waitress? At least check your bill before paying & be honest about it.

We walked in at 6:00 PM with a party of 8 and were told the wait would be no more than an hour. After an hour and a half, still no table. After a little more than a 2 hour wait, we were seated, but they forced us to split our party. No bread, no plates, no utensils, and drinks were spilled on us. Plates that arrived were dirty and soaking wet. We asked repeatedly for straws and got attitude or were ignored. One staffer with straws walked away deliberately ignoring us when we were trying to talk to him. One guest received a baked potato and had to wait the entire time for their order, which only arrived as we were about to leave. On top of that, all the steaks were mixed up—we ordered three bone-in ribeyes, and all came boneless, with no explanation. We got half portions of chicken bites, and were told there were no chicken wings left. The stuffed mushrooms were tiny, with barely any cheese. The mac and cheese was not the usual, it was awful—hard, artificial, boxed Kraft. The steaks couldn’t even be identified by doneness or who they belonged to. We get it, it’s a busy Saturday, but there is absolutely no excuse for this level of treatment and service. We’ve been loyal customers of this LongHorn for over 3–4 years, usually coming with large parties—8, 10, even 14 people—and have had good experiences. But this level of service, with inexperienced staff giving attitude, was beyond anything we’ve encountered. No care, no apology, no effort from management to fix it. This really hurt our trust in this place, and honestly, i dont think we will be returning ever again.
