The food was great, our server Tony came off kind of rude seemed like he was in a rush and after taking our order he never came back to check on us. Im not sure if he was having a bad day or just treated us this way because he prejudged us. Still left him 22% tip even if the service was horrible.

I went there for valentines day lunch with my family for the first time and it was amazing. The food the atmosphere but most of all, the company that was with me our waitress was awesome. We got right in even though it was so busy, you have to call and put your name on a list. That’s how you get in so great and easy and they for sure.We’re busy and we went for lunch.Highly recommend i got the bone in 20 oz ribbed, so I could share with my dog.Yes my dog lol she also gives it a ten out of ten but I super recommend it was amazing. My boyfriend got got the New York strip, one daughter got got the parmesan crusted, chicken and the French Onion Soup, she’s addicted, she loves it. and my other daughter got cheeseburger and French fries and we all thought it was amazing. Go there with your family. You will not be disappointed. And if you’re in to margaritas i ordered the glass, which is the smallest 1 for 1099. I ordered the glass, which was it was amazing. And it also gives you 3 glasses which I could not finish, but it’s okay.It was still so yummy.

I’m not a big steak person, but since I was gifted a card, decided to visit this location. Drove to the Westchester area instead of my usual lake community. The restaurant was easily accessible from the road. With ample parking. Was cordially greeted by the host who gave us a good seat and the server who made sure we were well accommodated. Restaurant was clean and attractively decorated. Pleasant environment with Texas style music. Prices were reasonable with generous portions. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the steak. But my husband had no complaints. Overall a good visit.

What a wonderful place to celebrate and evening. The margaritas were fresh and cold. We ordered spinach dip and western style shrimp and peppers for an appetizers, both were a great start to our meal.
I always get the rawhide ribeye tonight I asked about “The Longhorn” steak it is a little larger and leaner. I asked our server about the difference and steaks she could not answer the question however the manager came to our table and gave a fantastic explanation. I appreciated it, however I thought to myself train your servers better.
All of our meals were prepared perfectly. The ladies had a couple lobsters as well.
I believe this could be my new favorite restaurant. I would highly recommend folks to visit this LongHorn Steakhouse.
WE enjoyed another wonderful dinner tonight 6 DEC 24, with a larger party Brianna did a wonderful job. WE will be back.

Came in a Sunday afternoon with my girlfriend. We were craving steak that was umami and juicy. Not talking about my girlfriend
Our server, Jalen, was very generous and gave us two loafs of bread before our meal even was out!
We ordered the new York strip with a side of the strawberry pecan salad and their delightful mac and cheese that is so crispy, creamy, and comforting.
We had the new York strip medium temperature and it came out juicy, tender, with that desired crisp edge. No A1 sauce needed!
We are always open to try local businesses and family owned but when it comes to blindly choosing a good restaurant, longhorns never disappoints. It is clean, the staff is always very cordial, and it is not as busy as other less expensive options like Texas Roadhouse.
Will come back to this or any other location around town because it is like a Swiss watch, it never misses nor disappoints!

It had been a while since visiting a chain restaurant. So we decided to go to a Longhorn Steakhouse. First off, the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The host asked us if the booth chosen would be sufficient for our party of five. It was a good, larger booth. Nice touch.
For appetizers we chose White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms and Wild West Shrimp. Great choices. Both were plentiful and easily served our party. The shrimp, especially, was the best of its kind I’ve ever had. Very lightly battered and browned and flavorful crust, tender shrimp that wasn’t fishy tasting. And the cheeses and sauces each of these dishes came with were delicious and perfect. I could have made a meal of just these two dishes. I highly recommend the shrimp.
We chose steaks all around for our entrees. I had the Fire-Grilled T-Bone. Good and tender, and cooked to my specifications. My only complaint, and I find this with most chains, is that the steaks are always too salty. I wish restaurants would realize that if they begin with a good cut of meat, and have a creative and intuitive chef, there is no need to pour on the salt. The steak would stand on its own. I ordered seasoned fries with the steak, and they were a bit over-salted as well. Note: Seasoned does not mean salt overload…

I was at McDonald’s and ordered a Big Mac, Large Fries, and Large Ice Tea. The cashier says, that will be $15.35 total. Then a LongHorn Steakhouse commercial played in my head! Half Pound Steak Burger, Fries, Unlimited Bread Loaf, and Drink for $8.99!! I told McDonald’s cashier to cancel the order, and I immediately drove to Longhorn Steakhouse at VOA in West Chester. I ordered the aforementioned Lunch Special, and it was spectacular! It costs more than $6.00 less than a McDonald’s meal!!!! Thank you Longhorn for a Wonderful Lunch at a Great Price!! The Service was Outstanding!! I Will Be Back to Longhorn on a regular basis!! Eat here. You’ll be amazed! Yummmmmmmyyyyyyyy!!!!!! By the way, Longhorn’s Ice Tea blows McDonald’s out of the water.

Got the drinks we ordered when we arrived after the food once we notified another staff member since our waiter kept going missing. My drink was super watered down but the food was pretty solid. My daughter and I had dinner here on a Sunday, arriving at 4 p.m. That was a good time, as it became very busy by 5. She ordered the 6 oz filet, medium rare and I had the 8 oz sirloin medium rare. Both steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered and arrived hot. Unless you like your steak heavily seasoned, we recommend requesting lightly seasoned as they default to heavy seasoning. We have previously preferred another steak restaurant in the area, but found LongHorn to be much less hectic and not nearly as noisy as the other. We had excellent service thanks to Elizabeth! We plan to return.

We originally had Lexi as a server and I have never experienced someone so incredibly rude for zero reason. “What do you want to drink” was the only thing out of her mouth with attitude. Lexi didn’t even introduce herself or let alone say “Hi”, She has zero business being in a customer facing role. We all have bad days in the workplace, but you don’t put that onto others.
I only learned Lexi’s name when April stepped in to take over for her, for reasons unknown. April was super friendly right off the bat and very pleasant. It was busy and April was still very attentive and up beat. April is a wonderful addition to the team here and deserves promotion if she so desired
Management should recognize April for being an all-star! I would reconsider Lexi being on staff here if it were my store. Food was great and came out quickly.
