I had family from out of town who wanted to go here for dinner. We arrive at this location and was greeted by the hostess when we arrive inside to be seated. Our server was great and had real good suggestions for dinner

Food & service was good but the state of this longhorn compared to others feel like I’m being pranked…. Sinking down into the ages-old booth seat right at the start wasn’t a great experience…. Eating my lunch under strings of cobwebs was unappealing… ancient remnants of COVID floor stickers (#1 & 2 crusty circles)…. Dust…. Dust everywhere

Very busy. Had a 15 minute wait. You can make reservations and call ahead. Service was fast. Waitress and hostess were both welcoming. We had the 5 pepper steak salad, children’s meal, ribeye steak. My Caesar salad was very good. Sweet potatoes were cooked to perfection and the steaks were exactly as ordered. Would recommended. Price is at the value of the food and service.

We managed to arrive at the perfect time because there was no wait to be seated. Our waitress Meg was absolutely amazing! Drinks were never empty, food was fast out and delish. Would definitely go back! Also save room for dessert because Meg recommended the Chocolate Mountain cake or what ever it was called was the best dessert we have had in a long time!

Long Horn is always a great choice for family dinner. This time I was in Solon for working and found a LongHorn restaurant nearby the hotel.

I placed a catering order with them for a staff lunch. Diane is as super helpful and easy to work with. Since their catering menu isn’t on their site, she was kind enough to email me a copy. Communication while placing the order was on point. When it was time to pick up the order, she had everything ready to go on time. The food was hot, and delicious. Would definitely recommend this location for any catering orders!

I went there for mother’s Day a few days after it. It was good. Good portion indecent pricing for everything,four of us in total. The righteous was a bit quiet but the atmosphere was to. She was nice though so she got a good tip. And maybe it was just them on a good day but you didn’t wait long either so that’s nice.

I had a very easy time ordering online and my food was ready when I arrived at the specified time. The steak was majorly UNDERCOOKED, completely RED all throughout and very RARE not medium and pink. The flavor of the mushrooms was good. I think it would have been better to dine in to get a better experience.

We went out last night, Friday, we usually go to independence location but tried solon. We were very happy with our food drinks and customer service. I was very disappointed at my service the food it took almost an hour for us to get our food after the entrée I mean after the appetizers then after that long way, the food was cold it was unbelievable. I found Hair in my drink, dirty silverware, a waitress went on a sabbatical and we had to ask for other people to assist us. That’s how it was just terrible. It was just terrible. I end up not getting the quality of my meal it was absolutely unbelievable. The service was terrible. We had to ask the waitress three and four times for things she would leave and not come back. We don’t know where she’s is if we felt as though she stayed away from us because we were a party of eight so the money was being spent so definitely it is not good. It’s not a good look. I did speak with a manager and what could she do for me nothing I didn’t get it. Well she took some percentages off the bill and one of my guests her meal was just absolutely unbelievable. It was terrible and I’ll let her put a survey in for that but I’m telling you right now I was not impressed. It was our first time there we were recommended and we were disappointed cold food for all that time we had to wait almost an hour, and the food came out cold. I’ll tell you how cold my macaroni and cheese was. The cheese had started regressing back to it solid state. The onion soup was not hot and I was pretty much through drinking beverages when I found the hair and your waitresses flops and all that hair around so maybe you don’t demand that they wear nets well how did Hair get in my glass? I don’t know it wasn’t my hair that’s for sure so and I did do dine in and like I said my party, we were very disappointed very disappointed we didn’t have. She brought us two loaves of bread with a teaspoon of butter for a whole loaf of bread just it’s just unbelievable unbelievable just unbelievable, dirty silverware and it is no not for the money we spent absolutely on happy
