Not sure what was going on tonight but I had TERRIBLE service! This was my first time at this location, came on a solo date and arrived at 10p. When I sat down I ordered all of my food at once, appetizer, drink, and food. The waitress took my order and then 10 mins later she came by and asked if I wanted bread … strange because I thought that was standard for every table …. She seemed like she was juggling 10 tables at once because she didn’t check in on me. They brought my drink out and then 10-12 mins later brought my meal out …. No appetizer, no bread, no salad that I ordered and asked to be brought out before my meal. She said she would check on my other items. I sat waiting for 10 mins and didn’t touch my food because I wanted plastic silverware and I finally got her attention but she must’ve forgot because I had to ask a second time. I cut into my steak and it was medium, I asked for medium well. She apologized and said she would have it taken it and the remade … it took another 15 mins and then my appetizer showed up at the table , although I told her I wanted everything boxed up because I was ready to leave. Another 10-15 mins went by and she came back with the rest of my food, still no bread and my steak was not remade, just put back on the grill and the Parmesan crust is burnt now …. She said the steak would be taken off and then when I inquired about it she said “I can see if something can be taken off” …. The manager stopped by and apologized and gave me a card for a free appetizer…. Still no bread. All in all, not sure if they were having an off night because there were 2 other tables who also complained …. Oh, they did take off some money but $8 compared to my experience and what I paid just didn’t seem justifiable…. Either way, I won’t be back ….

I’m going to start off by saying this actually hurts me to write. My friend and I frequent this location because it’s close to her house and most of the time, service and food are good. We stopped in yesterday…. Food was fantastic, host was kind, our server… at first I chalked it up to a bad night, maybe she was in the weeds, it happens. 1st we waited 15 minutes to be greeted, that happens, and she greeted a table sat 10 minutes after us first, then no straws (also no big deal, just to add to the story) once we got our food… she never came back to check on us, not once. We were long finished with our meal, our server was attending to another table close by and never walked past us again, almost felt like she was avoiding us. We had to get up and ask for boxes, paid on the QR code, and never saw our server again, correction, we saw her at other tables but she never stopped back over. My friend had to literally yell at me to not leave 20% because I genuinely never leave less than that but truly have I never felt like more of an inconvenience to a server…

LongHorn was warm and welcoming, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our waitress, [ Connor ]. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from recommending the best dishes to checking in at just the right times without ever making us feel rushed. Connor’s friendly personality, genuine smile, and attention to detail made the whole meal feel special. The food was delicious steaks cooked perfectly , but the service Connor provided is what will bring us back again and again. Thank you for making our night out phenomenal!

We had dinner here on a Sunday night. It was incredibly busy. We were a party of 2 so we were able to get right in. It was so noisy and it just seemed so chaotic, it was not a relaxing dinner. Our server was incredible and we were well taken care of, it just was not the best atmosphere. The food was good.

Pretty typical chain steakhouse. The food was great on our most recent trip, but we’ve had experiences where it was just ‘alright’
The service has never been an issue for us. Everybody is super nice. If there is an issue they do their best to make it right.
Atmosphere isn’t anything to write home about. We were in a large corner booth during our most recent visit and the booth itself was pretty rundown and uncomfortable. Plus there was a flickering light in the corner. I’m sure the light will be addressed soon, but the booth is probably there to stay for a while.
I’d definitely recommend Longhorn over the local Outbacks in the area

So I visited this restaurant twice and I’m going to review it for both occasions in one review. My first experience was horrible. The food was cooked wrong, the service was bad and it made me really angry and disappointed in this restrestaurant. My pics are from the first visit where the restaurant was cluttered with dirty dishes and shows some of the leftover food that was cooked improperly. They didn’t even clear our table before we left. Barely got any refills on our drinks and had to flag our server down to order and get a box for leftover food, where I found her chatting with another employee. Really bad experience.
The second time was not much better. I called at 5p to let them know we would be coming in, as we had a fairly large party. I was told that they would not reserve me a table but asked me to call when/if we were coming in, which I did at 7:55 but it did not matter. It took almost an hour to get a table and once we did it took just as long to get our food. We started with ten but two people got irritated about the wait and left. So there were 8 of us. Honestly my steak was cooked wonderfully but I wasn’t so lucky with the corn. We didn’t get a couple things we ordered until we were about to leave and one steak was actually taken off our bill, due to it being cooked wrong twice. One gal didn’t even finish her steak it was so over cooked. Our group was really tired after waiting so long and it made for another uncomfortable evening at this “Steak House”. The server was really nice and tried to make up for the mistakes but they had dropped the ball so bad by this point that the evening was not one to remember, even being my friends birthday.
This place reminds me of McDonald’s. They try to serve their patrons like a drive through instead of an eat in Diner. I truly feel there is some tension between the cooks and the servers and it’s getting taken out on the customers. Management was kind enough to take the one steak off but didn’t seem very interested in making sure everyone else was happy with their meals. Our poor server tried to be the best she could but things just didn’t work out in her favor. She was definitely way better than the first server I had there. All in all I will not return to this location. The ball has been dropped too many times.
P.S. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye on both occasions. At least the second one was cooked right, which is why I bumped it up to 3 stars from 1. Same with the service. The atmosphere was hectic and off both times. Horrible communication somewhere, tension amongst the staff…..
