We ordered two rib-eye steaks one medium and one medium well. We received two beautiful steaks well seasoned but medium rare and one medium maybe . Waitress came back after a little bit and offered to take them back but we were hungry and short of time and decided to just eat them. They were tasty and the salad and potatoes were great. I always end up going here once a year. It’s a great place to eat. Every time I go here the food is absolutely delicious and well made. Steak is properly cooked however you order it and the food is put together aesthetically, the atmosphere is great. Old cowboy style and the lights are dim and the seating is comfortable. A great place for going with family, going on a date or alone. And the servers and waiters have great energy, they hear good and they take your orders perfectly.

We were seated by the hostess who pretty much gave a tongue lashing to the bus boy in front of us. It was awkward and rude. Waitress was good. We both got the ribeye, and it wasn’t horrible. But lack of marbling on one made it chewy and was more like NY strip than ribeye. Dessert was sub-par. You could taste the molten lava cake was in a microwave. Looked good, though. We won’t be back.

Typical experience at a chain steak house. No complaints. Food was as expected. We took our daughter here for for her 20th Birthday dinner at her request. What did stand out above all was the superb customer experience provided by our waitress Tyler. Yes, that’s her name. She was on top of everything. Very kind, knowledgeable, Fast, accurate, constantly available despite the many tables she was managing. Tyler you were a breath of fresh air and should be made the example for all new employees to follow. Seriously! Thank you.

This was our second visit to the LongHorn Steakhouse in Mentor. The last was 4 years ago. This place has a great western atmosphere! Our service was Good. The Salad was good and the blue cheese dressing yummy. The baked sweet potato was delicious with no overdone areas. The Steak, ordered Well Done and came out just that way! I Iove a well done steak. This visit had a much better outcome than 4 years ago when I had to send back my steak 3 times! It was nice to have a Well Done steak done right the first time.
