Longhorn is always good, this location never disappoints. Our waitress was very nice. The food was delicious. We always order the steak, maybe one day we will try something different. Good drinks here as well.

Stopped by this great Longhorn on game day. There was a good bar. The dining room was also beautiful. Servers were friendly. WiFi was fast. There was the Buckeye game but the voice from the live game was silent.
I was not hungry, so I just ordered a cup of shrimp lobster chowder and the strawberry pecan salad. The soup was cold, so I asked for reheat. But I felt they only put it in the microwave without refilling. The strawberry pecan salad was impressive with decently sweet dressing.

My first visit to LongHorn Steakhouse was a success. Our server got stuck with a table of 10+ people and couldn’t really take care of us that well, so another server jumped in without hesitation once they noticed what was going on. I had the NY Strip with a baked potato and mac and cheese – both solid side choices!

Never had bad food at a Longhorn until today. Haven’t been in quite awhile. Maybe it’s just gone downhill. The French onion soup was cold. This cheese was still in slices on top because it wasn’t melted. The adult chicken finger portion was awful. It had maybe 2 chicken fingers and the rest was little pieces of breading.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have wanted to eat here for so long and finally me and my family decided to eat here today. We got here at 11 right when they opened and didn’t get our food till 11:56 because they had a large to go order. No problem, but when we got our food we were highly unsatisfied. We ordered well done steak not burnt steak. The steak was super burnt and super dry, to the point where it was hard to chew. My burger was also burnt and super dry, no taste at all. However, the waitress was a 10/10 very kind, very hardworking, constantly asked if we needed anything, it was the only good thing about my experience today. Will not be going back.

I dined in for lunch yesterday and honestly did not have a good experience. My server only talked to me to take my order, offer me one refill, and give me the check. He completely ignored me the rest of the time and just threw stuff down at me like my to-go box. The restaurant was not super busy and I heard him actually acknowledging his other table sat behind me. My food was great but service could improve.

Great steak prepared as desired. Flavorful S-berry peacan salad with wet greens and no lumps and no flavor blue cheese dressing. Asked waitress for bottomless coffee and lemon with my water. I needed to ask for refills and lemon.

I usually absolutely love my ribeye steak there, but last experience was awful. Our booth seats were broken, we waited 55 minutes when a section was open, the men’s restroom was nasty, and my ribeye steak was too thin, not medium and was too salty. Bread was also missing until we asked after the food was delivered. I’m still going to try Hamilton road location, but NOT Hill road location again. And it was my birthday! Awful experience!

Superb filet mignon, excellent salmon, very attentive and very personable wait staff. More than ample seating, spacious parking. Quite honestly, I cant think of a single complaint.
Made a return visit & the crispy Brussels Sprouts appetizer is awesome! The return trip I eliminated the rice from the salmon and opted for the broccoli & baked potato. But the most noteworthy part of visit 2 is our waitress Katie. She’s the the sweetest and most attentive waitress we’ve experienced in our experience in years. Ask for Katie’s section when you go.
