Absolutely fantastic experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! The food was incredible—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Even the tea stood out, which says a lot. What really made our visit unforgettable, though, was our waitress Taylor. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—the best service we’ve had in a long time. She checked on us just the right amount and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Great food, great drinks, and truly outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

New yrs eve day at 3pm…. the service was slow and the food was terrible…..waited almost 2 hrs for our food and when it arrived my steak was burnt-“The Outlaw”….They were out of bread and porterhouse steaks….not very happy with this visit….side note THEY WERE NOT BUSY!!!…..Don’t think I will be back anytime soon….. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

This was a terrible experience.
I don’t normally do this but we walked in and there was trash all over the floor. On top of that we were taking my grandmother there for her 91st birthday (she wanted to go here). Anyways, our waiter basically just roasted where we lived, which yes it’s not amazing but it’s our home. On top of that he said it was an old folks home which hurt my grandparents feelings and also was just talking badly about old people while they were right there. The whole time he was making it about himself, and got every single one of our orders wrong. It was just a tough experience so much so that we are retaking her out to dinner this next weekend.
My grandparents steak was way over cooked, my partners and I’s steak was raw, it still had a heartbeat, and we asked for loaded mashed potatoes and got plain potatoes.
On top of that a lot of the food we asked for just wasn’t on the menu.
I highly recommend people stay away from here. There were just too many things wrong.

My wife and I had a late lunch here today. I ordered the lunch cheeseburger with bacon. It came out with the thinnest slice of cheese I’ve ever seen (and I’m 65 years old) and about 7 tiny chips of bacon. Absolutely terrible. The server took off 10% but that in no way makes up for this. I will never darken these doors again. I have attached a pic of the bun half with cheese and bacon pieces. Pitiful.

My daughter ordered the salmon, and it took nearly 45 minutes for the staff to inform us that they were out of salmon. As a result, she had to reorder her meal. By the time both of our meals arrived, mine was already cold.
I also ordered a baked potato, but after the food was brought out, the staff informed me that it was unavailable. Instead of asking if I would like to choose another side, they selected one for me without asking. They brought loaded mashed potatoes, which were soupy and not enjoyable.
I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I rarely write negative reviews, but the food was unacceptable. My shrimp was overly salty, and several menu items were unavailable. I hope this was just an off night, as this experience did not meet expectations.

BF and I went for lunch and both ordered filets. Mine was a 6oz medium rare. His was the 9oz medium. Both came out at perfect temps. Briannna was our server. Service was fantastic. Steaks were perfectly cooked and great experience. We were seated next to the entrance to the kitchen but didn’t feel like we were being overrun by staff and it wasn’t loud at all. The restaurant looked like a very full lunch crowd.
