The service has fallen way off. I don’t know what this was on the silverware and napkins, but when I requested new ones they weren’t much better. The only explanation I got was rushed staff I ended up sharing silverware with my daughter.

I do enjoy this 2025 Thanksgiving Eve at Longhorn. Management was amazing and the bartender Abby was so kind. I ordered take out and ended up sitting there eating and ordering drinks. The food was prepared to perfection. These are the kinds of reviews I like to give. Thank you both and everyone in the kitchen for making our night exceptional. My boyfriend and I came here on a little lunch date, and the food here was amazing. I got the pepper steak salad with a loaded potato soup. Personally, I loved the combo; both dishes were great. My boyfriend got a hamburger, which was bigger than an Applebee’s hamburger and better. I’m not sure why the reviews are so low, but the food and service were excellent. The restaurant seemed very clean, and our server, Derenda, was so sweet. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and the pepper steak! I also love the atmosphere !!!

They were out of baked potatoes, French fries and macaroni and cheese. I’m sure there were other things they were out of but those are the ones I remember.
Waitress was mediocre at best and my steak had so much black pepper it was unreal.

The food was pretty good. Our server Amy was so so nice and as attentive as she could be while being pretty busy with her other tables. We got the kids steak. The long horn burger. Margaritas. And the molten cake for dessert. It was overall a great experience, I think due to our server. Everything came out pretty quickly too. And things that took a little time our server apologized for and let us know what was going on.

We had a long wait to be seated. The manger is extremely loud. He took his time getting to us to take our order. I asked for broccoli and he bought me a loaded baked potato. He has no personality for dealing with the public. When I come again and he is there I am leaving and going somewhere else.

This review is from a 12-17-25 visit. First of all Abby at the bar deserves a 10 star review but unfortunately I have to give this place a 1 star review from such a disappointing visit. I sat at the bar tonight and Abby was doing everything possible to give her customers a great experience. She was in way over her head and she was given to help. The manager in charge tonight should be fired first thing tomorrow. It’s such a shame to let your bartender have zero help from you or anyone else. Yes the restaurant was busy but that is no excuse. Find someone who knows how to manage a busy night. I ordered the ribeye. They were out of bake potatoes, sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts so I had to settle with the asparagus. My meal was extremely over salted but I had no choice but to eat it and leave. Longhorns do better please. Such a disappointment but again thank you Abby for your amazing customer service. I am sorry you have no support from your terrible management.

The wait time wasn’t long at all. We had a awesome server who kept us informed on our order as we were a large party. Not long it got really crowded. It took a while to get dinner but it was expected with so many people. The food was good season well.

Was not able to get a table with more than 3/4 of the restaurant empty.
Had to wait for hostess just to tell us there was a wait of up to 30 minutes.
They obviously have not got enough staff to stay open and provide quality service.
Four o’clock on a Friday afternoon, on Valentine’s Day weekend, with people already waiting ahead of us with more than one party of two already waiting, we left and went across the parking lot to a business that will appreciate our money by providing enough staff to do the job.
This, in my opion, is unacceptable and the management has failed to to the job.

Giving it three stars because the manager was very friendly. Overall I most likely won’t eat here again. They must be understaffed cuz half the restaurant was empty but there was a 10 minute wait. No biggie there. The first problem I had was when I was seated for more than 15 minutes and sat there and nobody so much as looked at me.. No hello, no “your waiter will be right with you”, nada. So after more than 15 minutes of being ignored, I start to get up just in time for a waitress to come over and greet me. I told her I was upset and leaving and she just said “ok”. Literally that’s it. Just the word ok. Not “omg I’m sorry about your wait what can I do”, not “let me get my manager”, nothing. So after that shocking encounter, I decided to go find one. I found a manager and she was pleasant and accommodating and very friendly and good sense of humor etc, she was a great people person (which is the only reason they’re not getting one star). But even the manager forgot part of my order. I ordered a house salad and a steak and baked potato. Well after another 20 minute wait for food, I didn’t get my salad, I got my steak and potato. So that was a little disappointing. The steak however was absolutely amazing. The kitchen staff have my utmost respect, they got the temperature perfect, and the flavor was amazing. Overall it would have been a great experience, but they dropped the ball on some pretty major things imo. They did comp my meal, which I appreciate the sentiment, but I’m not looking for a free meal, and on top of that, I’m in town for work only and the company is paying so it wouldn’t have cost me anyway.
