We decided to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary with a restaurant chain we frequented for years.
The online check-in, to reduce wait time, was either not functioning, or the restaurant was understaffed. Either way, still had a 30+ minutes wait after driving 30-minutes to check in.
Many open tables in the dining area as well as a line of tables in the bar area we were going to order a drink and wait… Only to be told they were reserved for some other purpose? The young lady at the reception stand was exceptional but could not make up for all the other problems. Needless to say, never ever again.

Steak initially came out with char on it and I’m not one to order a steak well done so no excuses for that. They were quick to resolve the matter so no harm no foul. The steak was well seasoned! The Salad was amazing, ordered it again the next day at another Steakhouse in a different state haha! The server was amazing. There were ridiculous wait times due to being understaffed so only half of the restaurant was seated at a time. Projections should have anticipated an influx in service due to graduation time and it being the holiday season full of traveling folks- no excuses there.

First off we waited 25 minutes because the waitstaff wasn’t there at 4:40 pm. Second my wife ordered a peach sangria- no fruit! I ordered a salad – no salad, we ordered a shrimp appetizer- it was delicious but no individual plates- we ate off of the trough! My sweetpotatoe was hard not creamy, the filets were a little more well done than med rare should be. Then she just set the bill down never asked if the food was good or we needed boxes nor dessert. Terrible experience should’ve went to Burger King !

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch and we had Steven who has to be the best employee person in the building. His service and communication is off the charts. We didn’t mind waiting for our food which did take a while to come out to say it was slow but he kept us updated. I highly recommend him

Always have the best food and the margaritas are 1,000/10 if you like an alcohol drink with your meal don’t miss out on the patron margaritas. The lamb chops are the reason I come here mostly (seasonal menu) but the wings are excellent too oh and the Parmesan crusted chicken is also great….

Let me start by saying the service was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and clearly trying to survive whatever was happening in the kitchen. Bless them.
Now the food. I ordered a steak and received a cold, undercooked science experiment that looked like it had been introduced to heat but never actually met it. The sides were also cold, which I assume was intentional to maintain consistency. Flavor-wise? Imagine disappointment, but chewier.
For a restaurant literally named LongHorn Steakhouse, I foolishly assumed the steak would be cooked. That was my mistake. This place delivers great service and aggressively terrible food, which is honestly an impressive imbalance.
Would I come back? Only if I suddenly stop enjoying hot, edible meals. Five stars for the server, zero stars for the kitchen, and eternal confusion for everyone else. The floor was so slippery It was just ridiculous I had a bad experience with the food

I called this evening to place a to go order, I was told it would be 1.5 hrs wait. I didn’t believe this so I drove there to be told the wait was now 2 hrs for a to go and to be seated was 45 mins. I walked through the dining area and counted the ppl there. There was 6 ppl at the bar, and 14 other ppl in the whole restaurant. Their food kinda sucks anyway so this just reenforced why I won’t go back and will do my absolute best to convince anyone else to not go.

I visited LongHorn Steakhouse on Martin Luther King Jr. Day to celebrate my aunt’s 79th birthday. We understood it was a holiday and were prepared for a wait—but the experience went far beyond reasonable.
We waited nearly two hours to be seated, then an additional 45 minutes before a server ever came to our table. Throughout that time, there was little communication, no sense of urgency, and honestly, no concern shown for guests who had been waiting patiently.
When our server finally arrived, her attitude was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We didn’t have silverware, and when we asked for assistance, it felt like no one cared. The overall atmosphere was dismissive and uncomfortable—especially disappointing given that this was meant to be a special family celebration. Our party was only five people, not a large group.
I understand being short-staffed and busy, but courtesy and basic hospitality should never disappear. This experience was upsetting, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Went to dinner with 2 other couples. We ordered appetizers and entrees. Our food came fast and our waiter was very attentive. Very clean facility and great atmosphere. Overall a very enjoyable meal.
