I’m giving a three star because it’s so disappointing how hit or miss they are with to go orders. My husband and I have gotten to go orders about twenty times and almost every time we have to go in because they forgot a side. They overcooked my steaks so many times I only get salmon to go. Today, was our last time ever getting to go. We paid $68.48 (including tip) and neither of our Mac and cheese has flavor or the bread crumbs. My husband’s Brussels Sprouts were dry as a bone (no sauce or flavor) and my broccoli was visibly uncooked. I had to finish steaming the broccoli on the stove. I specifically asked “Broccoli extra steamed but not mushy” and I got the exact opposite. I tried calling but no answer (I’m going to try again). Very disappointing. Your best bet is to dine in because to go isn’t reliable.

Very disappointed with our visit. 45 min. Wait with half the tables open. Lots of table comments going on around us about kitchen waiting times. Out of the southwestern shrimp, our favorite but that happens. Waitress suggested the fried shrimp so we ordered that with 2 French onion soups. Soup wasn’t soup at all, no juice just onions,bread and cheese more like a very thick stew. The shrimp was good, but they didn’t have cocktail sauce, who has shrimp and no sauce? BUT the kicker was our our utensils, plastic fork, knife and spoon in a plastic packet. I debated over saying anything, I don’t normally complain as my husband travels for work and we eat out alot. Maybe this will help someone else.

We wanted to visit. I ordered chopped steak, medium well, loaded mashed potatoes and I had the peach tea. It was so delicious. We sat at the bar, it was relaxing atmosphere, crowd built up fast at the entrance. We received our food and drinks and scooted out. The bartender/waitress was outgoing and busy, overall, she was very prompt and courteous. We’ll return again and I had that strawberry pecan feta cheese salad. Omg, it was very delicious as an appetizer.

He gave us our food fast, and our to go containers fast. The food is always delicious and hot when served. It was crowded, the waiter had a large area to serve and he did a great job. I’ve worked as a cook in a restaurant. so I know what he was dealing with, he handled well.
The mango lemonade was delicious, food delicious, service great, atmosphere great too. I give them .
We will definitely return again very soon.

This was the most horrible take out experience I’ve ever had. I ordered as stated on website 25 min early. I got there 30 min later for curb side pickup. Waited 10 min and never received a text. Went inside and there was a to go line out the door. Found out my order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 was automatically pushed back to 8:30 without telling me. They said the time estimator was broken. Talked to plenty of people in the line that ordered at 6 and were still waiting at 7:45. I made the mistake of still deciding to wait. I had to go inside 3 times to check on the food. I called 5 times and no one ever picked up the phone. (I am partially disabled and shouldn’t be up and down walking, thus why I chose this place for curb side pickup) Staff were rude. No one was helpful. No one manned the pick up counter and purposefully stayed in the kitchen. One guest literally went to the kitchen herself to force someone to speak to her and come speak to the 5 ppl in line. The entire place reeked of weed. The restroom was by far worse than any gas station restroom I have ever seen. One toilet was clogged with toilet paper going every where and the other had pee surrounding the entire toilet and I ended up with pee soaking my shoes. The trash was overflowing. At 8:35, with no text, I went inside again and they said any minute. I went outside and I got my text and waited in my car. 20 min passed and I finally went in again. They said they aren’t taking orders to cars bc they are too busy, I asked why I wasn’t notified, and basically got a shrug of the shoulders. 1 min later they finally brought me my food at the counter. 1 hr 25 min later after what was estimated when I originally ordered. The food itself was actually great once home. Except there was NO notification that one of my dishes was out of stock so one person was without any food!!!! Seriously?! I was not charged but I was not told about it. Overall absolutely horrible experience.

Where do I start? It’s reasonable that on a holiday there would be a wait but it turned out to be almost twice as long as they told us. Then when it was time to be seated it took almost another 15 minutes.
My steak was undercooked. My broccoli was almost raw. Only one of us received our salad before our meal…the waitress admitted she forgot the other one.
Everything about this experience screams new management is desperately needed.

Well the atmosphere would’ve been good if not for the pee pee smelling booth we were in. The rice had a good texture under the salmon, was very good as was the brussel sprouts, great. But the mac and cheese needs work. Also the spinach dip was good..

Came here for the first time on a road trip. The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely. Our server was very friendly, but at times she got too busy to be attentive to all of her tables. It was lunch and they seemed to be understaffed; even the manager was helping out. I had the lunch special of chicken and strawberry salad with a cup of shrimp and lobster bisque. Both were delicious. At first, I thought the salad portion was going to be too small, but it ended up just right. The bread at the beginning is delicious. A sort of honey wheat with whipped butter. My BF got the Bacon Cheeseburger, medium rare, but unfortunately, they undercooked it and it was more rare. He said the flavor was good, but he didn’t finish it. I’m glad we stopped here to try it. There is one near our home, so we’ll give it another try. It was probably just an off day.

I must admit the service was really good at first, but then the waitress began to forget us. My wife and I always be like, at first, okay service is looking good. It doesn’t take long before they forget about us. We do not know why because we always try to tip well, unless the server is “HORRIBLE.” This server went from great to okay.
Anyway, the food was good overall . I must admit my medium well steak could have been more tender. Asparagus was not tender enough. Wifey food was good overall too. It was her BDAY yo.
So, I just wanted her to enjoy her day, to be honest.
That was all that mattered to me on this occasion.
