The food was well prepared and delicious! Husband and I are on our honeymoon here from Florida. We had the Wild West Shrimp for the first time and they exceeded our expectations! I asked for a well done steak and other restaurants can never get it right but at Longhorn here they did and it was still so juicy and delicious and mine came in the shape of a heart! Our server was very attentive and always asked us if we need anything else. We will definitely be coming back here again!

My wife and I went to the Longhorn Steakhouse at 1706 Parkway in Sevierville TN on Valentine’s Day 2026. We chose this restaurant because we are locals and have been there numerous times. The young lady that serviced us was very good. I ordered a New York strip steak and my wife ordered a sirloin steak. Attached is the steak she received with the burnt side down. She took one bite and realized it was burnt and flipped it over, and as you can tell, the photo speaks for itself. They had the steak recooked, but I ate my meal with my wife watching me and it still wasn’t done by the time I was finished. We decided to tell the manager and they took cost of the steak off of our bill. She did get to eat the appetizer that we paid for. By the time we received the other steak, we were just ready to go. We were agitated because of the time, trying to hide the burnt part as if she wouldn’t know, and the manager’s attitude when she came back with the new steak and we told her we didn’t want it. There are times when you send food back, the cook takes it personal and I’ll just leave it at that. Besides, I would have had to watch her eat her meal as she had to watch me. We could have chosen one of hundreds of restaurants as this is a tourist town with over 13 million folks coming here each year. We tipped our server well as it wasn’t her fault. Our bill still was at $70 and afterwards with my wife being hungry I was compelled to write this. The attitude was the final straw. This place has gone way down in quality and we won’t ever come here again. That won’t hurt them of course, but with everything taken into consideration, 99% of places here would have been a better choice. I bought my wife another meal somewhere else and this experience made Valentine’s Day a little crappy. I would advise to not come here.

Our waitress was attentive until she got a large party. After that no drink refills and had to stop her to get our check. No, we didn’t want a drink to go, we wanted a drink refill with our meal that we didn’t receive. She would have gotten a better tip had she worked for it.

Food was good except the fire roasted corn, which I love was really dry. It needs to be dipped in melted butter before adding the toppings that didn’t have very much on it. I got the lamb chops, and my husband got a flos filet. Both were overcooked. The asparagus was good. They gave me a small cup of the creamed spinach, but it is not creamed. The strawberry daiquiri was good and the baked potato. The service was good.

Longhorn delivers. You can count on consistency throughout the chain. Started with Wild-west shrimp, so good. Had a filet with lobster tail and loaded baked potato. Everything was cooked to order and delicious. My wife had the same thing except no lobster. Waiter was also tending bar. His timing was perfect. Main course did not arrive until our appetizer and salads were completed. Good job!

Only had to wait 6 or so minutes for a table, with 3 large groups ahead of us. So we sat at the bar and ordered our first drink. Worth the wait. Very good food. The wait staff was very friendly. I had the center cut pork chops. Great flavor. Their potato soup was very good as well.

Our server Joey was amazing! Very friendly was very patient, pre bussed our table regularly, and kept our drinks full! The only thing I could say could have been better is they were out of a few things romaine (your Caesar salads are my favorite). Totally not the servers fault! We are local and will return. Would recommend Joesph! Thanks for such great service!
