My family and I ate there this evening and I couldn’t wait to post a review! We had an absolutely fantastic time eating here this evening. I am very happy with the quality of the service and the food. Our waitress Jessie, Jessica on the receipt, was so freaking incredible! We don’t get the chance to come to longhorn often but this visit made it worth it!

Joined some friends for late lunch, early supper. They took filet and spicy chicken, he had a Blue Moon with orange slice. My wife had the kids menu cheeseburger & fries. I had the chopped steak, covered in mushrooms, onions and gravy. I took a baked potato with butter, side salad. Salad was really good, cold. Potato was very good also, butter. Complementary bread & butter. The gravy did not compliment the rest of the meal. It was such a disappointment…out of place, out of character!…other than that, no issues. Could have been five stars as they had cloth napkins. Oh well,

We will not come here unless Leigh is working and is our server. She is the best at this location she makes sure everything comes out hot and correct. She busts her tail working the bar and tables. She is the sweetest too. We usually get the Outlaw Ribeye, salad and baked potato, the fried shrimp appetizer and i add on some red rock shrimp as well. Everything is always really good and the portions are worth what you pay! If you want a good steak this is where it’s at. I am not a fan of Texas roadhouse, Logans, or Outback when it comes to steak. Just nowhere near as good as Longhorn.

Food was pretty good. My shrimp and lobster chowder was not as hot as I would have liked. The LH burger was pretty good. The loaded potato soup was good. Sides of broccoli was perfect. My Brussels sprouts were tasty but a bit too sweet. Overall food was okay, nothing to get excited about. Service was great. Atmosphere was Longhorn style and pleasant enough for a lunch with good friends.

We used to eat here all the time up until a year or so ago when things started to go downhill. They just can’t seem to cook steaks correctly (I’m a chef).
Walked in this afternoon, no one at the greeter station, stood there for a few minutes whilst staff came back and forwards, not one of them looked at us to say hi, welcome, we’ll be right with you etc. Considered walking out, but we were hungry so stayed.
Got a table within 10 minutes, waitress was great. Prompt, friendly. Ordered 4 steaks for my wife and I and two kids. M/R for me, M/W for the other three. My steak was fine, the others were as bloody if not more so than mine. We were short for time so just ate them.
The steaks here used to be fantastic. Seasoned well and cooked to perfection. It was not overly busy when we were there today, you are a steakhouse. There’s really no excuse for this.

I have been going to Longhorns restaurants for years. I have to say the one on Mount Juliet TN is the worst. The food is WAY to salty. This last time, we couldn’t even taste the filet bc of the salt. the chicken firecracker wraps were WAY to salty. The second order they sent out was just as bad. The texture of the filet was odd and the steak had no flavor except for the abundance of salt. Also, no biggie but they have not had apple schnapps in over a year. What restaurant bar does not have apple schnapps??? lol.

I’m very disappointed with the level of service my family and I were provided tonight. We were sat at 6:57pm and received our food at 7:56. A family of 5 was seated just after us and left the restaurant before we got our food. We asked why everything took so long and got “well, I’m not the cook” from our waiter. We asked for a check from the manager (because our server didn’t return after we asked him for one) and got a lackluster “oh dang dude”.
I won’t take my family here anymore and neither would I recommend you take yours. Do better Longhorn.

Outstanding dining experience here at Longhorn. Kim was our server. She was fantastic and really took care of me and my wife. Highly recommend the spicy chicken bites. They were delicious, and the heat isn’t overpowering. I had a strawberry daiquiri. Really smooth and nice flavor. I had Flo’s filet with a loaded baked potato. Perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. We will absolutely be back!
