Our servers name was Cheyanne G and she was great! Very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu kept our drinks full! We got our food fresh and promptly! Overall definitely the best place we have been to eat in oxford for sure!!! Manager even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal!!!

Ordered takeout and never got my sweet potato. I shouldn’t have to dig through my bag and open up each container to make sure everything is there. Especially if my meal was $120 and they add an automatic $11 gratuity. Shouldn’t have to leave gratuity on takeout, but if I have to all of my food should be there.

Understanding that we arrived around 6 on a Friday evening we expected a wait. We were told 40 minutes which was fine. After about 25 minutes I walked up to the hostess stand just to see if there was an idea of how much longer. There were 2 gentlemen that were working there taking with each other. When the one turned back around I asked about our wait, he asked for our name and said we had about 5 more minutes. Then he said well actually this other guy is being rude so I’m gonna give his table away so they’ll get your table ready now (which I thought to be very unprofessional to say to another guest) then he said oh wait you are the party of 7, I said yes and he basically they were still gonna get it ready. Then when another person came up to the area he was asked to take us to the table and the other person said that won’t fit 7 and the basic gist of what was said was it would be fine.
So we had a group of 7 adults that were cramped into a table to seat 6, leaving 2 people having barely any room to eat comfortably. Although slightly awkward we were a group traveling and still had another hour to drive so we just sucked it up.
We had one dish we had to send back bc it was excessively chared. The manager did tell us that it is our be taken of the bill though.
We had 2 other dishes that were overly salty.
The Caesar salads were dry and when asked for additional dressing it was brought but it took close to 5 minutes for the extra to be brought out.

When we were finally seated, I told the waitress what drinks we wanted. She brought back the drinks and eventually brought out the starter loaf of bread, but did not provide silverware. We sat there for another 10 minutes before she was reminded again to bring the silverware. When she finally brought the silverware, she took our order and immediately advised that there were items ordered that the restaurant did not have, which immediately raised another red flag (She advised that they didn’t have lobster tails last night and waited to see if I would change my order before finally saying she would go confirm if they did or did not. They apparently had the lobster, but when it arrived, it was cold and stiff. The shrimp was decent, but the rice was cold, hard and bland. No butter was added to the “loaded” sweet potato. I asked for melted butter and tartar sauce for the lobster, and the waitress advised that they didn’t have any more melted butter. The husband had to ask her to melt the butter that came with the loaf of bread, and she replied she never thought of that, then went and melted the butter. I don’t know if the waitress was new or just young and inexperienced, but she was unapologetic about the messed-up service she provided. I would have at least felt better if she seemed even remotely apologetic. I had three “to go” boxes of leftovers and had to ask for a bag to put them in. The best meal of the whole dinner was the house salad, and that’s only because the ranch dressing hid the taste of wilted lettuce exceptionally well. The $10 tip was wayyy too much for the service received. Should have waited the hour at Texas Roadhouse, probably would have had a better experience.

Ordered a 7 pepper sirloin salad to go, and this is what they gave me. A sad plastic tray of wilted Romain. No tomatoes. No croutons. No color. No crunch. No joy. Would not order again unless the goal was punishment. Displeased.

I think our waiter was also the bartender and he was amazing. I could not get my head around the prices. We had 4 people and I just ordered a baked potato and with tip it was still $150. The food as nothing special either. I don’t see how families afford places like this.

I love longhorn. I think they are the best steaks you can get. I also love the Parmesan crusted chicken. But today, I got the lunch special burger for $10. So for 10 bucks, you get a huge delicious burger from a steakhouse, a side of your choice which was a loaded baked potato, and the good hot bread before the meal. Even with paying over 22% tip, I paid less than $15 for all that. You can hardly get a combo meal at fast food for that, and absolutely significantly better quality of food. Waiter was great, Brandon I think. I’ll be back.

I eat here often (too often) when I’m in town, but I’m tired of under cooked steaks and half portions of sides. This is their version of medium-well.

The place smells like wet dog and dishes that haven’t been washed in days. I had to spray expensive perfume to save my nostrils from the reek and I could still smell it it was so bad it made me nauseous. We saw a lot of employees when we came in singing happy birthday to someone and then they all disappeared. The bartender had to come take our order while also serving drinks at the bar and doing to go orders. He was super nice so the one star was for him, but seems like no one else wants to work. My steak was BURNT
