We almost always have a great time at this place. The majority of the staff are fantastic. The managers are great. The atmosphere is great. We think the carpet needs to be replaced it’s old as can be and starting to smell but everything else is great. Will definitely return we eat here often.

So this particular day we had a birthday dinner at the prattville location it was 13 of us they were aware of the party size however the front door worker caucasian lady with pink hair had to sit us after we had waited over 30 minutes to be seated due to capacity. She didn’t want to swap a chair for a high chair told us the limit for a party was 12 and she was very nasty with her words her energy and her facial expressions! As a server the main role of your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even when you are flustered you remain polite and pleasant but she gave all kinds of attitude and mumbling under her breath like a child! Now as for our actual server she was awesome the food was good and hot and she was such a delightful person. Moving forward I probably won’t be back because I don’t care for prattville but management needs to give a class to her on how to conduct yourself in such a busy environment.

Really nice waitress we had. Food was delicious as always in this restaurant. One of the best steakhouses. It has a wide selection of steak and non steak options. For the appetizers a must to try out is the wild west shrimp. As for desserts I would not miss the molten lava cake. It was rich and moist and full of chocolate.

Love going to longhorn whenver possible because it’s almost always consistent. Only issue for me was my steak, ordered rare, came out a little over cooked. Not too bad so ate it.

I believe the bartender was Hanna. She was very entertaining and super helpful! We stopped for a bite to eat on our way back home. Tesla supercharger was right behind the building so it worked out perfectly! – sorry only 4 stars on food. Fries have to be hot and white diced onions on salad was a little odd vs red onions for color and flavor. – Ribs were very good!

I was part of a group of 5 that went out to eat to celebrate someone getting a promotion. This location was very busy but thankfully we only had to wait a short time to get a table. The service was good at times and lacking at others. I know they were busy but we had two of our five salads were not brought out. Two waters also had to be asked for twice but all in all we had a good night. The food was good and well cooked and we had a good time.

We were quickly seated and our waitress was awesome. The food came out in a timely manner and at the same time. Everything was fresh. Our glasses never got empty. It’s a laid back place where you can go as a couple, with family or with a group of friends. Price range from $$-$$$.
