Today, 12/04/25, was our first time being here since grand opening three weeks ago. We were greeted and had a wait time of 10 minutes which is very reasonable for a newly open restaurant. Once seated, our server, Teresa, was very nice and provided great service. Our salads, steaks, and dessert came out perfect! Teresa checked on us numerous times and refilled drinks, asked if we wanted dessert, and made sure our food was perfect. Food came out to $90 with tip. We tipped her a well deserved 20%. We will most definitely be back soon!

Service is really good! Food is amazing! I have been to this location twice. I love the spinach dip. I’ve tried the ribeye & sirloin cooked medium and they were perfect.
Sometimes the wait times are a little long, but if you have the time, and you want to enjoy it, it’s not a bad wait at all. If you’re in a hurry just go somewhere else, they aren’t fast food!

2nd time here it is our favorite steak house so excited to have a Longhorn! 1st visit steaks were a little salty but cooked to perfection we told the waiter to tell management lay off salt so much on steaks.2nd visit steaks were awesome! We got 6 oz fela and lobstertail broccoli.20 Oz outlaw ribeye baked potato. The salads were awsome too!love Longhorn!Price was 100 with tip for 2 people.

Newly opened, and you would never know it if you didn’t see the corporate trainer wandering through. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and already working super well together. The food (bread/butter, Flo’s 6oz filet with side salad and Brussels sprouts, fountain drink) was perfectly cooked, delivered hot, and prepared quickly. I sat at the bar because there was a long wait for a table but they cycled folks through quickly. Such a great launch! 100% recommend.

New place in Albertville is amazing! You could tell our server was trained- knew the menu front to back! We went at lunch, not a long wait at all. Good looking steak knives, look different from the ones at the Gadsden location. I’ll bring my big purse next time! Will be back!

I love the longhorn we have been to several different locations and we were really excited to try this one since it’s only 20 min from our house. We prob won’t be back. Our server was trying his best but was clearly over sat and no one seemed to help him. We waited 25 min for our drink order; the food came out before we could get our salads which if I didn’t say something we would never have recieved. My daughter and my steaks were cooked perfectly but my husbands came out very well done but he ordered medium. So then it came out PURPLE not even rare the next time LITERALLY purple!!! I couldn’t believe it. So I said please take that away my husband at this point was fed up. No manager came to apologize which was CONCERNING?!?! they did take the steak off but my husband left hungry which is the worst when going out for dinner?!!! Save ur $ and ur sanity and drive 5 more minutes to Sante FE! Seriously!

I usually don’t venture out to restaurants right after they open but this time I’m glad I did. Wait time was shorter than expected. Wait staff was like a well oiled machine. Food took a little longer than expected but once it hit the table it was hot, and delicious! Exceeded our expectations, and we will be back!

We sat at the bar. Garrett provided great service. Parm chicken was fabulous. Ribs weren’t as tender as they should have been. The chocolate stampede was amazing!!!!!! We had a great time chatting with others at the bar and the friendly bartenders.

I can’t leave a food review because we didn’t get even get an appetizer until we were ready to leave, we sit at our table ,our hostess took our drink orders, waitress bought our colas and took our order we sat there from 7:35 until 8:45 and decided to leave . My water was good,But that’s all I can leave a good review about. No more longhorns for me. So disappointed we paid our drinks and left.

When the server took our drink and food orders she seemed friendly and attentive. Unfortunately we saw her maybe a total of 3 times during our hour-ish visit at the establishment.
Our drinks came out in a timely manner, but that’s about it. When the bread was delivered we asked for a second loaf that never came. Our drinks emptied and sat empty until the rest of the table’s side salads came out. I ordered a salad as my main so I fully intended to snack on some bread until my food arrived. But, again, the bread never came. After around 54 mins of being seated we finally got our entrees & the chicken in my salad wasn’t fully cooked. We had to flag down a completely different server to let them know and finally got a manager.
The manager was fantastic. Very friendly, very understanding, got the issue resolved quickly.
I’ve been working in the service industry for 10 years and haven’t had such poor service in quite some time. The manager was 10/10, the server?
Safe to say I will not be returning to this location.
