My Wife and I had a late lunch at Longhorn! We walked in and had no wait for table. Both of us had the 6 oz sirloin with salad and baked potato. Everything was cooked perfectly and was seasoned well. Afterward we shared the Strawberry Shortcake. Service was attentive and helpful!

We were in Sheffield and decided to give ur another shot.
Decided to order something different than the sirloin. The 18oz is what was ordered tonight.
Jessica was our server. She was very personable, helpful, easy going and had a sweet spirit about her. Lovely lady.
I would highly recommend her. She gave wonderful service.
It was 2hours before closing time so relatively quiet and peaceful. Which I enjoy.
The restaurant was orderly and all the staff seemed to be very pleasant.
The food was wonderful just how we ordered.
We really appreciate this location for making our experience a beautiful one.

6 friends in on a Monday afternoon to celebrate a birthday. Our server Tonia was excellent. She made us feel welcome and very comfortable . . . like she would do anything to provide us great service. She took our orders quickly, but not hurried. Our food (drinks, bread, appetizers, and entrees/sides) was brought out in timely intervals. Tonia got all 6 orders exactly correct . . . no mix-ups, no omissions, etc. The food items, (salmon, shrimp, chicken, steak salad, salmon salad) were very good and ample portions.

I ate here last night for my anniversary. We frequent here and the service is kind of slow but it’s typically a decent meal. Well last night I got food poisoning on my anniversary and spend all night puking my guts out. I’ll never go back as that was literally the sickest I have ever felt. There’s some sort of cross contamination and carelessness going on in the back. I recommend staying away from here. I seriously wonder if any other guests experienced the same thing because it was very busy. (I ordered a grilled chicken salad)

Had dinner with friends tonight at Longhorn in Florence to celebrate two birthdays. We always enjoy our meals there and the food was great tonight. However, I am calling out the manager for what I feel was a very poor management decision. Tonight was Halloween. While I understand several establishments allow/encourage employees to “dress up” for Halloween and provide a fun atmosphere for customers, this was not the case here. One male server was the only employee in “costume” and it was in very poor taste. This person was wearing spooky makeup and “devil horns.” I would have refused to have him wait on our table. Thankfully, we had a very sweet young lady server who was not wearing any kind of costume. I am a Christian and do not “do Halloween” personally, but I don’t begrudge people having fun or wearing cute or funny costumes to make the day enjoyable. However, this was very inappropriate and actually scared one of the children in our party. The manager should have NEVER allowed an employee to wear a “costume” that would be offensive to or scary for anyone in the restaurant. I will be sharing this with their corporate office as well.

Rarely leave food reviews….. my food was a curbside pickup and it was finished right on time. When I got home everything was fresh and delicious! I got ribs and they were very tender and flavorful! Woop woop Longhorn!

I get the 7 pepper sirloin salad every single time! Always with a side of Brussel sprouts.
The Brussel sprouts are delicious.. maybe the best I’ve ever eaten. The lunch portion is plenty for me! The ingredients are fresh and well seasoned.
The people are nice, and I dig the western decor!
