Took my mom out for her birthday. Was 7 of us total. Waitress wasn’t attentive at all. No prebussing was done, so we had glasses,bottles, and plates everywhere. My cowboy ribeye steak came out like a piece of leather after I ordered it medium rarThe managerger bought me beer and apologized. They brought me a new steak, and it was super rare, but I ate it anyway. It was very disappointing for the most expensive steak on the menu, I expected better. I’ll give it one try but that’s it, if we have another bad dinner, my family and I will never go there ever again. This is twice in a row our dinner was not enjoyable. It just seems like the staff doesn’t care at all about the food or service. Very sad, we used to love going here.

My wife and I have birthdays 2 days apart. So we celebrate on the day between. We went to Longhorns and had the best meals, and we were gifted with some delicious ice cream for dessert! Thanks to Jessica and Mary (our bartenders) for helping us to have a fun time!!!

The main issue was the fact that found a piece of hair in the butter that comes with the bread. (And no it was not my own hair) I get it, it happens. But you would think the server would let the manager know. Atleast have management swing by the table. Nope nothing. The steaks were pretty good, so i gave an over 3.

I can honestly say that tonight’s visit here was the best Longhorn’s experience we’ve ever had at ANY Longhorn. Normally my wife’s steak comes out less than cooked for her tastes (well done… I know, she’s weird) and we have to send hers back, so we end up either taking turns eating, or I wait and eat cold steak when hers comes back. The steaks tonight were perfect, my fries were nice and crispy but not burnt, and the new roasted mushrooms were better than the sauteed ones they used to make. The wild west shrimp could have been a little crispier, but the shrimp themselves were so perfectly tender, that if they fried them longer to be crisper, it probably would have made the shrimp rubbery. All in all I give tonight’s experience a 9.5/10… Half a point off for the shrimp batter

We love this restaurant and visit regularly. Unfortunately the baked potato seemed liked it was the day before and was reheated and so over cooked there was no potato. The chopped steak is usually very good. Again disappointed. It had not the flavor it usually does. It actually was real bland. We knew our waitress was busy and food quality is not her fault. We gave our leftovers to our dog which he appreciated. It’s going to be a while before we go back and spend 70.00. Hopefully they’ll imporve.

My Brother and I went there on Mother’s day and we got there at 10:50a they don’t open till 11a but they opened 10 min early. Our Server Natalie L. Was very nice polite and a great personality and attitude She kept checking on us and brought out the food on time and hot. She’s a great asset to this Longhorns location.

Waitstaff very pleasant and prompt. Appetizer good. Pulling approximately 4 inch hair out of my mouth ruined everything. Comped my meal, of course. Otherwise, only a free appetizer card offered. Seriously? Get real. I was on the fence about eating at a fast food steakhouse in the first place. Oak and Ember had no reservations and didn’t want to drive to Okeechobee steakhouse. Big mistake

Steaks are usually well prepared and balanced seasoning. We were sursurprised on this visit that the steak seasoning was a little excessive and extremely salty. Almost like they double seasoned the steak. Not their usual standard.
