I don’t usually like rating chains but this Longhorn was exceptionally nice. Note the photos. It looked clean and fresh with the decor of a more intimate place. It was a Friday night so really busy but our server stayed on top of it. I had the shrimp but the rest of our party had steaks and the pork chops. Check it out if you are in the area and looking for a good steak.

Being from out of town my husband and I were looking for a final hurrah dinner. We don’t have a Longhorn around us so we decided to give it a try. Our server Ariana was a breath of fresh air from the moment we sat down. She was fast attentive and even though a couple things were forgotten at first they were QUICKLY remedied with no problems on our end. The drinks were good. The steak was tender and juicy and flavorful. Better than other Roadhouse joints. Come here ask for Ariana and enjoy a wonderful meal.

After a long, exhausting day walking miles at the theme parks, this was exactly the meal we needed. The Longhorn on the 192 is busy, but the energy is great and the service was surprisingly fast and attentive.
The absolute highlight, as always, was that warm, fresh loaf of brown bread they bring to the table—it is dangerously good, especially with the whipped butter! For the main event, I ordered the Flo’s Filet and it was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife.
The atmosphere inside is dim and cozy with its western decor, which made it so easy for the family to just decompress and relax. It felt like a high-quality meal at a very fair price compared to what we had been paying inside the parks.
Pro Tip: This location gets very busy during dinner hours! Definitely use the app to join the waitlist ahead of time, or come a little earlier (around 4:30 PM) to beat the rush.

We stopped in for Sunday lunch with aging parents, including one with dementia, and the staff handled everything with patience and kindness — exactly what you hope for when wrangling both steak orders and family dynamics.
I ordered a 6 oz. filet cooked medium rare, paired with a loaded baked potato and a side salad with vinaigrette. The steak was cooked exactly as requested — warm, juicy, and just the right amount of pink. The salad was crisp and cold, just how it should be, and the baked potato came fully loaded and piping hot.
Steve had the 7-Pepper Sirloin Salad, and yes — it’s as bold as it sounds. Perfectly seared steak slices on a bed of fresh greens, blue cheese crumbles, and a zippy vinaigrette. Since it was his main dish, he didn’t get a separate starter salad like I did — but he more than made up for it with a few slices of that warm honey wheat bread. Priorities.
The restaurant was clean (well, except for the blinds — they could use a date with a dust cloth), and the vibe was relaxed enough to make lunch feel like a break from the Florida heat. We were seated quickly, our server was friendly and efficient, and everything came out hot and on time.
We’ll definitely be back. This location gets steak and service right.
