Girllll my steak was delicious! My mom ordered the New York Strip and I got Flo’s Filet. We had a great experience, the service was amazing. The Spinach Artichoke dip was delicious! The bread was okay, just a little sweet for my taste. The Caesar salad was pretty good. The stuffed potato was solid. Would love to come back!

The porter house excellent but the salad , old brownish lettuce. Crowded place. Not too nice atmosphere with a large group behind us and the server was shouting to them all the time not just talking.

Friendly greeting upon walking in..seated quickly though it was a busy Sunday afternoon with families dining . Our server was Joey” she was friendly and brought out food quickly, she got pretty busy right before we were done eating but still made a point of checking on us .. so service was good now for food… Hot loaf of bread was brought out before meal..delicious, appetizer was the onion rings..hot and plenty of them..had the Caesar salad which was fresh and not overly dressed, love the parmesan cheese on it.. had steaks the flavor of Flo’s filet mignon tasted really good, right on with just the perfect amount of seasoning.. the fresh hot salted bake potato was a perfect side..plenty of butter and sour cream.. the best steak meal I’ve had in a while..had a couple Texas tea drinks which tasted good.. wish I had room for desert.. definitely next time. Paid with tip, close to $122.00 … highly recommend coming in to dine , good food and good service..

The server was the best, so this three star reading is not because of the server, because the food is very selfie. Everything I had so many spices, and just so salty in general. It was not easy to enjoy the flavor of the food because of the different spices that we’re on the food. As an example. I had a piece of steak and two lobster tails, and the lobster tails were covered with a spice. That was just very overwhelming, and did not allow me to enjoy it! Everything will be so great if they did not put so much stuff on the food!

This’s the sample of another of the big chain restaurants that can’t survive on Naples. Unless they change the management and customer don’t have to wait 20 minutes for the main courses after eat all the appetizers. Meat was overcooked and really not even close to the quality you expected from this place. We been in a lot of longhorn around the country and this one it’s nothing like it.
Was a lot of flys on the restaurant. They never remove the empty plates from our table and the all place was messy while 5 employees were chatting on the entry. Honestly this place need a change or it’s not going to be there longer.

I had lunch at LongHorn Steakhouse today. I ordered the Renegade Steak, loaded baked potato, house salad and a peach iced tea. The salad and potato were fine, but the steak had so much seasoning on it. It tasted very salty. I asked the server to talk to the manager to take something off the bill. I wasn’t looking to have the meal comped. The bill would have been around $22.00. The manager took off my drink which was three dollars and change. Give me a break!!! It would have been nice if she took $10.00 off for the over-seasoned and salty steak. Poor customer service on the part of the manager.

Considering this is supposed to be good chain steakhouse, you would think quality carries across the board but it didn’t. We were a large party so we called ahead to put our name on a list and when we got there we still had to wait an additional 40 minutes because the previous large party had been sitting there for over 2 hours. (Normally when there are a lot of people, most restaurants will start getting the people out that have been there for a long time)
Once we finally sat down our server hardly brought us enough bread for even the full table. I don’t know if the server was overwhelmed but could not keep up with the drink refills. Two of the kids steaks were pretty dry and chewy which absolutely sucked for them. My meal (Parmesan crusted chicken ) was cold which is absolutely disgusting and there is nothing worse than cold food so I didn’t even want to eat. My side dish did not come out either. I had to ask for it twice. By the time it came, I was already over the food and had to take it to go. If I wanted cold food I wouldn’t have had them cook it in the first place. We were also celebrating a birthday, which the server was aware and it was rather sad a birthday year want even offered to her, we were just directed towards the dessert menu. .
For a party of nine tips would have been a lot better. Had the service have been more prompt. It Prevented me from wanting to order appetizers or adult drinks. The gratuity was not even worth it. We definitely will not be back if we’re ever in town again.
