He was easy on smile, welcoming us and introduced himself and other lady that work with him that night, Rose.
My husband really liked and enjoyed the margarita that Rose made.
Got chicken wings and filet mignon with loaded baked potato and asparagus on side.
Everything was great.

My wife and I ate there last Friday night. After a day of eating fried Oreos, funnel cake, etc at the strawberry fest we needed some healthy sustenance. When I arrived to the parking lot it was full and we couldn’t find anywhere to park. We almost didn’t go inside because we thought there would be a min 1hr wait. The wait ended up being 20mins which was awesome. Our server Kyle was super friendly, great sense of humor, knowledgeable and with how busy the restaurant was he made us feel like we were his only table. The food and service were such a pleasant surprise. We’ll definitely be going back.

Service was excellent. My daughter and I both ordered a ribeye. I have never seen a ribeye that thin before. It was less than half an inch thick. We ordered them cooked medium. My was well done, and my daughter’s was a mix of well done and medium well. They did taste ok though. My husband had no complaints about his sirloin and shrimp. He really liked the rice that accompanied his meal.

We ordered Flo’s Filet cooked medium rare with mashed potatoes and a Strawberry Salad. Everything was perfect. The steak was tender and flavorful, the mashed potatoes were creamy and well-seasoned, and the salad was fresh and delicious. Great food and a wonderful dining experience.

I’m really disappointed with our experience during a recent visit. We came in with a large party (21 people) for what was supposed to be a surprise celebration for my sister. From the beginning, the interaction with the manager, Stephanie, set a very negative tone.
We were told that 80% of the party had to be present before being seated, which we understood and waited patiently. When everyone but two guests had arrived, instead of being handled calmly and professionally, the situation escalated. Stephanie addressed our entire group in a raised, harsh voice and said she had sent a text and no one responded. With 18 of us sitting right there in the waiting area, it didn’t make sense to rely only on a text instead of simply calling our name or speaking to us directly.
Being spoken to loudly in front of the whole restaurant was embarrassing and unnecessary. The way the situation was handled felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially given that this was meant to be a special family event.
I do want to note that our waiter and waitress were both excellent, friendly, attentive, and professional and they helped improve the experience once we were seated.
I will be following up with a formal complaint, but I hope management reviews the camera footage from a little before 2:00 PM to see how this interaction was handled. Large parties should be managed with clear communication and courtesy, not public scolding.

Salmon & shrimp were def not cooked to the right temp waited for 10 min for the manager to come just for him to come with a demeanor like my concern didnt matter & when i asked for corporate number he asked me “why” like thats not my right also observed a heavy set guy in the kitchen preparing plates with a glove on one gand and not the other picking up baked potatoes with his bare hands then wiping them on his apron just to pick another one up i spent a hr and half ordering my food going home going back to the restaurant and waiting for the manager and i only stay 7mins away

We get offered a free dessert after my daughter says dad look at this. I kindly declined the offer. The manager on duty was nice I admit but said he was new and took orders from an unknown other. He however did take off almost 4$ dollars. My daughter and I will definitely not be returning. This roach went straight for the Texas Mac and cheese in the light, I can only imagine when the lights go out. I see this place being shut down very soon! If I managed this restaurant my customers would not pay a dime for this meal! To whomever owns this location your management is running your business in the ground. READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE!!!!
