We visited this location to celebrate my brother’s birthday with our family, and from the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality. Our server John provided outstanding customer service—he was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. The food was absolutely delicious.
Theresa took our drink orders and was very attentive, making sure our drinks were always refilled and that we had everything we needed.
Ali, the manager, also came to our table to check on us and make sure we were satisfied with the service, which we really appreciated.
Their excellent service made our family celebration even more special. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Honest foodie
I went a few weeks ago with a friend for dinner and was pleasantly surprised as the service and food were great. I do like the fresh bread that was served prior to my meal. My steak was cooked correctly and was stuffed from my dinner. Maybe next time I will try the desserts.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Longhorn Steakhouse, and I must say, the customer service provided by Edgar was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel at home.

Throughout our meal, he exhibited a keen attention to detail, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in on us at just the right moments. His knowledge of the menu was impressive; he provided great recommendations, helping us choose several delicious entrees that exceeded our expectations.

What stood out most was his genuine enthusiasm and passion for his work, which made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. He was personable, engaged in friendly conversation, and handled our requests efficiently, making sure we were completely satisfied.

Overall, the excellent service from Edgar not only enhanced our meal but also made us feel valued as guests. I highly recommend visiting this Longhorn location and experiencing the outstanding service for yourself. Kudos to the team for having such a fantastic waiter!

Our server was great, we stopped in to dine at 245pm on a Monday.
A few tables but nothing crazy. We sat in the bar and bartender waited on us along with other tables in restaurant . She did fine but seemed overstretched especially at a slow time of the day. The quality of food has gone down and restrooms were dirty. Air filter in ceiling caked with dirt in women’s restaurant. This store has gone done since it opened and it’s sad as most longhorns are consistent. 3-4 manager present during visit. Our burger was not seasoned at all and bun stale. Waiting 25 minutes at least for one burger to come out. Firecracker wraps were old and presentation definitely not up to par. This store needs corporate to do a quality check in my opinion. Our economy and peoples money is too important to spend on poor quality food atmosphere. Too much competition in the area not to take heed and clean up your restaurant and one a tighter ship.

He made sure our drinks were full and checked on us regularly. His menu recommendations were spot on, and he was genuinely enthusiastic about his work. We had the best time! Edgar was seriously so welcoming and friendly from the start. He helped us out with the menu, gave solid recommendations, and made sure we were good the whole time. Drinks were always refilled, food came out perfect, and he just had such a great vibe. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just going through the motions. 10/10 service — he made the whole experience way better and I will 10000% be coming back to see him again!

I don’t really write reviews often but i was just blown away by my waitress, Shannon W’s service on Friday night. She made us feel so welcomed, and had insightful recommendations about the menu, as we were indecisive. Everything came out in a timely manner, and with no issues, and it was just absolutely delicious. Where do I even begin? My husband and I are regular LongHorn guests—by regular, I mean we dine there at least once or twice a week. With our busy schedules, cooking at home isn’t always feasible, so we were genuinely excited when we moved to the area in December to find a LongHorn just a mile from our new home. Unfortunately, that enthusiasm didn’t last long.

At first, everything was great. Then, somewhere along the way, something shifted, and since then we’ve found ourselves wondering whether our food will be prepared correctly. It rarely is—if ever. Even the simplest instructions seem to be overlooked. For example, I’ll order a basic salad with just lettuce and cucumber, ranch on the side. The runner will repeat the order back perfectly, only to place in front of me a salad loaded with croutons, drenched in ranch, plus two additional sides of ranch. You just repeated “lettuce and cucumber only”—and yet that’s clearly not what’s on the plate. It’s baffling.

The steaks have been another ongoing issue. I once ordered a filet cooked rare because they consistently overcook medium rare. The steak arrived medium. Call me particular, but I can’t eat a steak cooked beyond medium rare, so I’d rather it be underdone than overcooked. Simple enough—or so you’d think. I sent it back, waited another 25 minutes while my husband ate so his meal wouldn’t get cold, and when the replacement finally arrived, I cut into it only to realize it wasn’t even a filet—it was a sirloin. The salad that night was also incorrect, yet again.

It’s clear that some serious attention needs to be given to active listening, attention to detail, and proper cooking temperatures. We won’t be returning to this location. I’d rather drive 25 minutes to enjoy a correctly prepared meal than deal with repeated frustration. Please, get your service and kitchen operations together.

From the moment I called in to the moment we left, the staff, including the Manager Amanda, couldn’t do enough for us. Chavante got us in quickly, Nica was our server who was extremely pleasant and accommodating. This place is well-managed and the food was delish! I would highly recommend it. They are extremely busy but can still accommodate with ease. Thank you all for your outstanding service!
