Plenty of parking and usually wait time is not long.
Customer service is always a pleasure I don’t think I have ever encountered anything negative, always have been helped with a smile that makes me feel welcomed. Always happy to come back.
There is zero atmosphere here, unlike the other chains. The bread is not as good, the appetizers don’t measure up, unlike the salads that are quite good at the other two steakhouses.
The steak was very good, but the sides are quite plain and dull. Finally, the desert was good.
The service was appallingly slow and this place just doesn’t measure up to the good competition. Finally, there are no reward programs here like you can get at Outback, very disappointing.
The dinner had so many negatives I feel bad writing this review. But it was unacceptable and needs to be known.
1st off our waiter was making it known from the very beginning of the dinner that they were completely backed up in the back so things would take a bit longer.
App came out and that was great, best part of the meal to be very honest.
The salads came out 1st and were good. The meal didn’t come out for another 10 min after.
My FIL was missing the Lobster Tail on his meal. Then he was informed it would just take a bit longer.
I ordered the 7 pepper steak salad with extra meat, extra dressing, onions and cheese on side.
When it came out there were no onions, no cheese, no extra dressing and no extra meat. Also it was the wrong steak.
My MIL meal was litterly the size of a Kids meal. It was insane. And it cost $26.
My FIL lobster finally came out 15 min later.
We also asked for another bread and it never came out. We never got refills on water and our waiter just made excuse after excuse.
And then to make matters worse we were suposed to have a desert brought out and sing happy birthday and our waiter litterly said “so we had a desert planned but it’s been like 10 min and I think it’s just not gonna come out now”. We just agreed and paid the check.
Saving grace and 2 stars is for the Extra To-Go salad he brought out for me to take home and the amazing app.
Everything was a disaster especially for a birthday meal.
Needless to say, we’ve noticed the down tick of restaurants in a big way and this just proved our money is better spent better cooking at home.
Our server was not very attentive throughout the evening. When our meals were brought out, the plates were placed down rather abruptly, which startled me. The table also wasn’t cleared beforehand, and we weren’t provided with fresh utensils—our food was simply set down. She only checked on us twice during the entire meal.
We decided to order cheesecake for dessert, but it was not enjoyable. It tasted partially frozen, with only a few soft spots. Shortly after bringing the dessert, the server dropped off the check. She continued to walk past our table without checking in, even though we clearly weren’t eating the cheesecake.
When my sister flagged her down, I explained that we didn’t like the dessert and asked if it could be removed. Her reaction seemed confused and somewhat surprised, which felt off-putting. There was no offer to replace it or ask if we’d like something else, which would have been appreciated.
I typically enjoy coming to this location, but this experience fell short of the standard I’m used to here. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.
