My waitress was filled with confusion, anxiety and clearly inexperienced! I get she was serving a larger table (over 13 people) but they should have provided her extra assistance! Not only did she get my wrong, it took forever for my food to come out and when it did, it was undercook (shrimp), overcooked and dry (Steakhouse Mac) and I received the wrong cut of salmon! She seemed very confused but she was respectful but honestly just overwhelmed.
I requested a manager and boy was she RUDE, short and cold. It took her 15 minutes to come out (my food sat there).
She took my displeasure about my food and experience personal as if she cooked the food. She should have been more understanding, kind and respectful! She initially claim she could have them remake things but returned with an attitude about the salmon being difficult to find/cut. You would think the salmon was a NATIONAL TREASURE that she needed to go on a heist to retrieve! I just advised her to send my Togo orders and remove my meal off my bill! She waltz off and NEVER returned! She didn’t return to apologize, soften the mood, show understanding…. NOTHING! The waitress returned with the check and it still contained a Coke drink and Brussels Sprouts none of which I touched! I had to request for it to be removed from my bill!
Again, I usual order or dine in this location 1 time a week or at least 6-7 times per month but after yesterday, I won’t be attending this location! They need to get their act together on service and professionalism!
You need to understand when people get off work or want to come dine with your restaurant, they are spending their hard earned money or exhausted from a long day! There are many other restaurants in this exact area, you should be standing out as the best and taking pride for customer’s experience from the time they walk in the door! If you have an attitude, GO HOME, TAKE OFF or allow another manager to handle the situation!
And when you have consistent customers, apologize and do your best to invite them back because you really wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for customers/sales!
