Came in for lunch and as usually the food, the service and vibe were amazing. We love this steakhouse. A full bar and fully accessible. Always accommodating and Trevor our waitstaff was fantastic. I just wanted to post an update that THIS steakhouse is always consistent with food, and service. They go out of their way to ensure a great experience every single time. My only complaint is their corporate decision to discontinue a military discount. Sadly.

Service was slow but worth the wait. They have a gluten sensitive menu. To see the menu, you have to scan a QR code with your phone. The waitress assured us that they take allergies seriously.
We had Flo’s Filet with a baked potato and the Baby Back Ribs with the grilled mushrooms. We both had side salads. White balsamic vinaigrette and thousand Island are both gluten free.
Everything was delicious! The side salads were quite large and fresh. The steak was cooked to perfection and the ribs were tender. We did take some gluten ease and did not get sick.

Decide to give this place another chance today and came in for lunch. Had to wait a few minutes to get seated even though most of the restaurant was empty. Found out that they what short staff. When I did get seated my server came over right away and got my drink I also immediately place an order for the strip steak medium rare with Caesar salad and broccoli. The warm bread arrived with butter and they were great. The Caesar salad came and it was great too. Then my steak arrived – it was way overcooked. I immediately told my server she apologize and took the plate. About 10 12 minutes later the kitchen manager arrived with another strip steak for me with broccoli. This one was way better. Perfect medium rare. I have to commend the server for taking action immediately and making this right.

I just want to preface this by saying my server was great. Recommended I got a certain drink and had good service , the FOODDD on the other hand I can’t even make this up was just insanely undercooked . I asked for a medium cooked steak and it was rare, red, and squishy looking. I sent it back and got it back looking the exact same just extra cheese sloppily put on top. I wasn’t too much expecting it to be completely taken off the bill and was hesitant to even say anything because I understood it’s the holiday season, very busy and not my servers fault at all but I feel like if it was sent back and not even fixed at all it should’ve atleast been taken half off . I spent nearly $30 just on the entree and only $14 was taken off my $100 bill. I spent good money there and was just hoping to get it fixed I didn’t even want to say a second time I couldn’t eat it . It’s the holidays and not my servers fault fault she was awesome so obviously I still tipped appropriately but the problem was with the kitchen and management for allowing that. I wish I got her name because she was great but I’m so disappointed for how much money I spent and wasn’t even able to eat my meal. The pictures are a before and after so it’s obviously no difference

I just ate a stellar meal for lunch today. The steak was cooked perfectly, the service was great and the manager stopped by the table and was very polite. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

So let me start off by saying Longhorn is our favorite restaurant in Palm Bay. We visit at least 3 times a month. Last night we dined in and arrived around 8:30pm on a Friday night. Our first disappointment came when our server told us they were out of the spicy chicken bites. The salads were great. But when our food arrived I noticed the portion or the size of the food was quite small. All my fries fit on a large round without over lapping but my 9 piece chicken tenders fit on a small round. An appetizer plate! For $19 I would expect more food than what I got. I think a kids chicken tenders meal from ihop gives more chicken. I still tipped accordingly, the manager never came to the table.

I had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Even though there was a wait, the staff kept everything organized and we were seated in a reasonable time.
We ordered the steak, and it was cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and exactly how we requested. The sides were also fresh and delicious. Everything tasted high quality.
The service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dinner, and I would definitely come back again.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good steak and a comfortable dining experience.

Waiter was not good. Everything else was fine. Had my Birthday Dinner here!
Manager was AMAZING! He definitely turned the poor Waiter experience around!

My wife has been chronically ill and was having a down day, so I decided to get her a nice steak to help cheer her up a little. After ordering a New York strip for pickup, they brought it 10 minutes late to my car, but … no big deal. I figured it would be worth the wait.
It wasn’t. I brought the steak to my wife and it was so tough that she couldn’t even pierce it with her fork to cut it up. It was like a baseball glove. When I called the manager to complain, they put me on hold (with rotten music, I might add) and left me there for more than nine minutes. No one ever picked up. I called back two more times and went directly to the on-hold music each time. Wasn’t able to contact anybody. An all-around LOUSY experience. That’s a disappointment, because I’ve enjoyed Longhorn in the past.

Came in hungry, left full and happy. The way a steakhouse visit should go down.
Started off with their signature warm bread and butter (you know the one that hits different when you’re starving), paired with a frosty Sam Adams in the “big boy glass.” That thing was borderline a workout to lift and I respected it.
The Caesar salad was crisp, creamy, and generously parmesan’d. No sad lettuce here. The main event though? That ribeye. I ordered it medium and they nailed it. Juicy, flavorful, with just the right char. The mac & cheese on the side? Comfort food bliss; creamy, cheesy, and baked just enough to get those crispy edges.
Atmosphere was classic steakhouse cozy: a little dim, a little rustic, and the bar had good energy without being obnoxious. Staff were attentive, and service didn’t drag.
