I’m a huge Longhorn fan; my wife and I always go there, and we consider it our favorite steakhouse. Unfortunately, today I ordered online, and it wasn’t the best experience. Some of the sides were missing, and the meat was burnt. Because we trust them, we checked the order when we got home and found it wasn’t the best purchase.

I like this restaurant. However, each time I go, they add so much pepper and seasoning to my food that I’ve developed a routine of asking for very light seasoning on the steak and no seasoning at all on everything else, so I can add salt myself at the table. They used to have house-made chips with a dipping sauce as an appetizer, which was delicious. Sadly, it’s no longer available.

I never write reviews but I had to for this experience. Went here with a party of 11. 3 kids, 8 adults. We were told we would have to wait 45 minutes until the next shift staff member showed up for their shift because the two current girls working didn’t want to stay late to wait on our table. There was 1 person at the bar and 2 other tables with couples. It wasn’t like they were in the middle of a rush and short staffed.
I think this is a little outrageous. I waitressed for 10 years and my manager wouldn’t have been happy if we turned a large table like that away because we didn’t want to stay late. You start the table, turn it over to someone and split the tip in half. We went to Outback instead and they happily took us, our $600 bill and 30% tip.
