Now, about the steak—tender and flavorful, just as we ordered. Honestly, LongHorn is the only place that never disappoints when it comes to steak. If you want a recommendation, go for the ribeye cooked medium—you’ll thank me later!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.
We loved visiting and trying the food, which was simply delicious. The atmosphere is incredible and beautifully themed.
I highly recommend LongHorn Steakhouse — ask to be served by Ryan and enjoy the best experience!
In addition to the good service, the food was great too. Bread was fresh and soft, and Mac and cheese was very tasty. My son ordered the rib and we all surprised by how generous the portion was. The price was very reasonable too. I definitely recommend this place.
Right away we were served a loaf of their warm honey wheat bread with butter to share. I started out with the Caesar salad (forgot to ask for dressing on the side) but it was still a very decent fresh portion that’s included with your meal. He ordered the Ribeye with a side of mashed potatoes & broccoli. While I ordered the Renegade Sirloin that came with the salad and for my second side the broccoli. Mine came out a perfect medium rare and the seasoning on both was great.
Overall a solid steak dinner and Dana our waitress was great! The manager also came around closer to the end of our meal to check in with our experience. I hadn’t been to a LHS in years so it’s nice to know our closest location gives great service!
As for the food, it was decent — nothing to complain about, but also nothing that felt elevated after a decade. It delivered the classic flavors you’d expect, but I couldn’t help but feel like the place deserves to evolve a bit. In ten years, tastes change, standards rise, and loyal customers hope to see growth and innovation.
Coming back after all this time, I wanted to be surprised — I wanted to see that the LongHorn I remembered had grown with the times. Instead, it felt like it had paused in time, which might appeal to some, but for me, it left me hoping for just a little more spark.
Final thoughts: Still a solid choice for a steakhouse with reliable service, but I hope my next visit — maybe in less than ten years — brings something new to the table.
