I’m really disappointed with my experience. We came at 9 PM to celebrate my birthday, and the evening started off great. The food was amazing as always, which is why we chose to come here to celebrate.
Unfortunately, as the night went on, it felt like side work became more important than the guest experience. After we finished dinner, our plates were stacked and ready to be cleared. Since it was my birthday, I asked if it was possible to get a dessert. I understand it was after 10 PM, but I was told they would “see if they could,” and then the waiter walked away. (It wasn’t even our original server—we never saw her again after ordering our last drink.)
When the birthday dessert finally came out, all of our dirty dinner dishes were still on the table. There was no candle, and I had to ask for one. We ended up eating dessert surrounded by dirty plates, with no one coming by to pre-bus or check on us. After that, we sat for about 15 minutes just waiting for someone to bring the check so we could leave.
It was really disappointing because the food was great, but the service at the end of the night completely took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration.

Sean was a great help. Extremely consistent on making sure we were okay and following up on our meal at the perfect time. Our food came out cooked to perfection and in a timely manner considering the restaurant was packed and there was a substantial wait list. Would definitely go back to this restaurant again and request for Sean each and every time.

The baked sweet potato was also cooked to perfection. I ask for no added seasoning on my steak to lower the sodium and they did a great job. Gwen is a very efficient and friendly server.

We were there the other day and really enjoyed everything, it had been a while since we went to LongHorn Steakhouse and the food was great. Ordered both the New York strip with the crispy Brussel sprouts and the side salad, followed by a Parmesan chicken with some veggies and everything was delicious. The only negative I have is that I did order a beer and I never got it, the server was a little all over the place, she was great. In every other sense. She was very nice and attentive. It was just that one little slip up other than that, though everything was fantastic. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, and everything tasted amazing.

I am highly disappointed so I came in two days ago. I ordered some food when I got home. I noticed that the items were burnt and some were cold. I called. I still have the receipt. I also still had the food. She said that she was unable to replace my food that day and I would have to wait for a gift card. However, OK I was still upset due to the fact that I didn’t want to have to wait for a gift card. I just wanted my food replaced long story short I get a gift card and the gift card is not even the amount that I spent so I would love for it to be fully refunded for what I spent. I spent more than $30 so how could you give somebody a $30 gift card when I spent more than $30 that is cheating and I would like all of my money
