As many longhorns, as I have been to, none of them have ever disappointed me. This location has one of the best customer service and prompt service I have experienced. The supervisor or manager I believe his name was Wayne greeted us on our way out and he was super friendly. I told him I was going to give a review and he was excited about it. As always, food texture flavor everything was spot on. Always recommend as my favorite fast casual restaurant. And I always get Parmesan crusted everything.

We decided after a long workday, we would order takeout and treat ourselves. Once home, I realized I didn’t get my sons drink with his meal. No biggie. Then I cut into my med rare Filet. Way over cooked Med well. See pics. My hubbys ribeye was maybe 1/2, ordered med rare too, and again med well. Totally disappointed. Asparagus tasted like salt and very under cooked. This is the reason we cook at home! 80 bucks down the drain. I normally would let this slide, but it was so disappointing.

It all began with a phone call to reserve a table, and I was fortunate enough to speak with Bailey. Her phone etiquette was remarkable; she was warm and inviting, making us feel genuinely special about our upcoming visit.
When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted with enthusiasm and promptly seated. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, perfectly suited for a celebratory evening. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the $32 sirloin steak, which was cooked to perfection. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and it was served hot, just as we had hoped.
During our meal, the manager, Deshawn Francis, made a point to stop by our table. He inquired if everything was to our satisfaction, and we shared that we were celebrating a special occasion that evening. Deshawn’s response was enthusiastic; he assured us he would take care of our celebration. A short while later, he returned with a stunning dessert to mark the occasion, which was a delightful surprise.
What truly impressed me was the teamwork displayed by Deshawn and his staff. They worked seamlessly together to enhance our dining experience, making sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Deshawn’s management style was evident in the way his team operated—efficient, attentive, and genuinely invested in their customers.

I know this is a chain, and that there is an expectation of standard service. However, that was not the case at this location. We stopped in on our way back to Seminole County, from the flea market, just looking for a decent meal, with no fuss.
Well, what we got instead was phenomenal service, despite being obviously short-staffed. And the food? Absolutely perfect.
This was easily the best run Longhorn I’ve been to, in a very long time. Great people, who genuinely care about the good they serve. We will definitely be returning, next time we’re out that way.

Me and my wife had a great experience. Servers are very professional fast and friendly stopped by are table multiple times making sure we had drinks and any sides or desserts we needed and as well gave us great menu recommendations.

Our server Jarrett was phenomenal. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Author cooked my steak perfectly and I haven’t been able to find that anywhere else in months! I was amazed at the speed of service! Deshawn was an amazing manager. He was constantly circling the floor, touching tables, and checking to make sure his servers were doing ok and didn’t need help. Overall I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality steak and quality service.
