Wish I could give 4.5 stars because the only downside of my visit today was my service. The waiter never checked on us and our drinks sat empty for a while and the food was delivered by a manager because the server was busy and the dinner took almost an hour to deliver and was 2 medium rare steaks. However, everything was delicious and overall really enjoyed myself. I don’t know why but the bread looked sat on, but was still good and the bitter could be softer but meh. First world problems. I’ll go back

I went with a group of friends and I got the lemon chicken with rice and a caesar salad, the sauce they have on the chicken really had no lemon taste and I was not a fan of the texture of the dish. The rice was good to raw and not soggy, it was just right. The salad was also very good I highly recommend it. The waitress was not in a good mood and barely came and checked on us and when she did she was very disengaged the whole time. Other than that the dining room is very warm and relaxing.

Great service. Fries were fresh and amazing. Steak was ‘fine’ – cooked correctly, just an average cut of strip I guess. Still, all good for the price, just not as good as it could have been 🙂

Came in on a Wednesday evening, sat quickly, a few group parties going on. Ashlyn waited on us and she did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed, and was knowledgeable about all of the menu items. She brought our drinks and fresh bread, while we looked over the menu. The speciality mango margarita was spot on, and Ashlyn shook and even poured it for me! The draft beer was frosty cold! The Caesar salad was fresh, and the French onion soup was delish! Atmosphere was casual & relaxed, and clean. Steak was juicy and cooked as ordered. If you want to have a family meal, or going out for date night, or a special occasion you should definitely dine at Longhorn! Came in again on a Sunday evening and sat at a different booth, and had a different server. And…the Food was great! Had a cup of French onion soup this time, but not as good as the bowl!

This was an enjoyable dinner option on a Monday night. I had the 12 ounce ribeye cooked medium. It had such a nice flavor. I chose the Caesar salad and baked potato with butter and sour cream. Both sides were delicious. My server Bri made me a delightful Arnold Palmer with unsweetened tea.

The food was delicious. Lamb chops seasoned to perfection. Sister had the ribeye and it was also season to perfection! One of the best steaks I’ve had in recent years.

I’ve been here twice, both with friends. The first time was better, the second not so much.
The food is lackluster. I had the filet mignon, and while it was tender, it lacked any personality or authentic flavor, focusing instead on salt. Let’s be honest, if you have to put A1 on a filet, something is wrong.
As for the service, they had time to slide into a nearby booth to hang out with some coworkers/friends for at least five minutes while on shift, but we only received refills when we asked for them and waited over five minutes for simple requests like steak sauce.
Not everybody is cut out to be a server, and I guess everybody has to have an epiphany at some point; our server must have been in the process of that, because there’s a difference between being busy and not caring. Some people can put a fake face on long enough to convince you that they care, but sadly, this wasn’t the case with us tonight.
That said, we also interacted with three other staff members, who were all very polite and went above and beyond, opening our table wider and getting us an extra bag for our dessert. So, although our server wasn’t the greatest, I don’t want that to reflect poorly on everyone who works there, since most of them were quite pleasant, even though we weren’t even one of their tables.

Make sure they don’t seat you at a high top by the bar if you ever expect to get food. We went in today and were quickly sat but waited over 15 minutes with waiters and waitresses passing us frequently without one ever stopping to take even a drink order much less a food order.
We usually go to the one in Pensacola and it is amazing.
