Would not recommend! Not the first time I have been burned by this place. It seems the food is always late. I decided to give it another chance and yet again burned. My food felt like it had been sitting around for way to long. It was all cold. I was not late to pick up my order and I live near by. I called to talk to the manager and was left on hold for way to long! I was not about to eat cold food or drive it back for then to remake! I was offered a small gift card for my troubles. Really?!??! To come back again. I don’t think so!!!!

Great service and atmosphere, Derrick, the MP, visited our table and was super friendly and professional as always! Server Sean took excellent care of us, speedy service at a steakhouse is rare, but our favorite LongHorn always delivers! Great job tonight, team! We’ll be back soon!

This was my first time here. I read a review and decided to give it a try. It was a little busy on a Saturday night. We were told the wait was 30 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised with a 10 minute wait. Or server was Sophia. She was very friendly, and attentive. We both ordered the 6oz sirloin. It was perfectly cooked, and very flavorful. Our sides were crispy Brussels (delicious) and my partner had Mac & cheese (also very good) I had French onion soup that was delicious as well. We were very happy with our meals and the service. This place did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning. We didn’t get any photos because we ate everything before we thought of that. Lol

Decided to try another local Longhorn and as you can see it met our expectations. Getting to it is easy off Arlington Expressway but hidden deep in this large strip mall across from the completely closed Regency Mall. To be honest, due to that location were a bit hesitant to go and have dinner there but quickly put those concerns to the side. Seated right away in a busy bit not overly crowded restaurant. Parking is plentiful so that’s not a concern. Elizabeth was our server and must say she is a 5 ⭐ employee who took care of all our requests and checked on us often throughout our meal. Had a free appetizer business card and ordered the stuff mushrooms… outstanding 5 ⭐ . Bill ordered the Onion Soup with really brown cheese. Came out perfectly except they put in one slice to much bread so an other wise 5 ⭐ became a 4 ⭐. Salads were delicious and plentiful so a nice 5 ⭐. I ordered the 6 oz rare, with shrimp and rice with a loaded baked, perfect 5 ⭐. Bill went for the 20 oz bone in ribeye with stuffed baked potato perfect seasoning and rare 5 ⭐. I can’t think of anything that would be negative about our meal or service so they will see us again and often.

We have usually overlooked Longhorn to goto the steakhouse with Texas in their name. When I mean everything was on point . I mean everything. Steak cooked to perfection viewed at medium and medium rare. Tasty sides and a great server. Obviously more quiet than TRH. Go ahead and re-fall in love with Longhorn.

I am very disappointed with my recent takeout experience at LongHorn Steakhouse on January 31, 2026. I ordered salmon with fries and a sweet potato, but when I got home, I discovered my order was wrong. I was given rice pilaf and a white potato instead of what I requested.
Because it was freezing outside, the food was cold by the time I realized the mistake. I ended up only eating the salmon and some of the fries. This completely ruined the meal.
What makes this especially upsetting is that it was my birthday, and I had set aside money specifically to treat myself to a meal from LongHorn. For a restaurant at this price point, order accuracy should be basic, especially for takeout.
This experience was unacceptable and left me feeling that my time and money were not respected. I hope management takes this seriously and improves accuracy and quality control for future orders.

Today I visited with my fiancé and my mother in law and the service was fantastic. Our server Danielle was very attentive and on point with everything from our drinks, appetizers and meal. Even when she seemed busy she still made sure she came to check on us frequently. I will be back to see her.

Karla was horrible . Poor customer service and rude. She kept smacking her teeth , huffing/puffing, & being very sarcastic . She has short attention span she ask what do you need and then do 50 other things before you can even say . A dine in was ordered she told them to go then directed them to take it out the to go box and put it on the plate. And also stop plating people sides before the main course is ready for the plate . The food was cold as hell . And had to be warmed up ! THANK YA

Haven’t been out to eat in a long time but went with my Christmas party and it was a party of 15 and the service was outstanding. It was a packed house and they had our drinks and appetizers out extremely quick. The wait for the main meal was probably 15 to 20 minutes and not a single person in our party had a complaint. Well Done LongHorn
