LongHorns is one of our “go to” places. Today I had the lunch special strawberry salad with grilled chicken and french fries and my wife had french onion soup. The salad was very good, though it could have been chopped finer. The fries were good. The soup was not hot but we didn’t send it back because we were in a hurry. The service and atmosphere were great, a usual.

The food, service and atmosphere was perfect. There was no wait, even thou the place was busy, the booth we were at had great lighting, we could actually read the menu. Our server was awesome and very attentive. Food was excellent, and of course the atmosphere was great. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back. Love their blue cheese dressing.

I eat a this chain a lot. My sirloin is ordered blue rare and its always been great. At this location my steak came out grissely and had texture of being boiled. They remade the steak but it came out medium to mid rare. It was a tender steak but it was cooked too well done for me. This location fell short from the norm. Service was exceptional and great atmosphere. New cook needed.

My husband and I have never been here. Since it was our MeetAversary, we met 42 years ago that day, so we decided to try it. There are no words good enough to describe our experience. It was amazing, terrific, and stunning. It was just beautiful inside, we were greeted right away and taken care of. The staff was truly great, they were very friendly, prompt service, and our waitress was the BEST! We had the Texas Tonion, salad, steak & loaded baked potato..the best food and margaritas ever. That was the best date ever in a long time, of many other places.

The food is delicious here, that is why I rate it four stars. Sadly we do not have a pleasant experience as customer service was terrible.
We wait 45 minutes. They seat us at a table that we don’t feel comfortable with, so we request another table. The host said, “okay, just wait here,” and went to the front area. Honestly, I believe she forgets us.
We stand there for about ten minutes waiting; a waitress approached us with attitude and said that we are in the middle of the way to go back to the front and wait. She coarsely spoke to us. Good that Angela, with a big smile, took care of us and make our dinner more pleasant. Anyway, we don’t plan to come back.

When you spend that kind of money you expect more. Got the big filet medium, came out raw, wife got the salmon no flavor and not done very well. Rice was over cooked, firecracker chicken was not cooked through and barely had chicken. We come here often and it disappoints me to give a bad review but when you spend close to a hundred dollars on a meal you expect more. The manager’s customer service was meh to say the least. They told me if I drove back they would do it over, no thanks. I got off work pick up food and come home to eat not to go back out and get something redone, we have all seen the movie Waiting. Would not even comp my food for the aggravation. Wish we had more to offer in Lake City, tired of settling for sub par food and sub par service
