came to this longhorn twice so far. Food is fine, about what I expect from a chain steakhouse.
first time my wife and I came by the service was pretty good and made the experience for us. good recommendations and attentive.
however, this time not so much. wife and i spent the car ride home complaining to each other about our experience. server seemed nice enough, couldn’t really tell you for sure considering how inattentive they were. finished my drink before my steak arrived and didn’t get a refill until we got the check. side salad came halfway through my steak. and never asked how the food was at any point.
they weren’t rude and didn’t seem like they didn’t care, they just provided really lackluster service. saw them twice before the food arrived, when they dropped off the salad (proceeding to not ask if we needed anything), and when it was check time. we were there for 2 hours. just check on your tables now and then. we don’t bite.
hope my wife doesn’t want to go back anytime soon.

I am completely and utterly disgusted by my most recent experience at this location. I found a coarse curly hair in my chicken bites. I was immediately turned off by the entirety of my meal. I’ve already submitted my complaint through their website but I figured I’d take the extra step and leave a review as well. Hopefully I am contacted to discuss and resolve the matter expeditiously.

I went there for lunch today and just had different appetizers and bought a meal to bring home for later. The appetizers were great the service was on point and when I reheated my food tonight it was wonderful. It was Sunday around 1:00 p.m. and there was no wait. I very much enjoyed this trip to this location.

The 45 minute wait for a table was worth it! The server, David, was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food. He made great recommendations. The warm bread was great, the chicken bites were out of this world, and the steak was to die for! I also got a strawberry margarita and it was delicious as well! If you’re in the area, you need to dine here at least once!

I dined in at this establishment many times and had many pleasant experiences. Especially with Kim and Tiffany as the waitresses and Richie as the cook! I recommend getting the Parmesan Crusted Burger! As well as I will definitely keep being a regular here!

Very good service and good food! I get the Steak and Shrimp combo meal and it’s amazing and you get plenty of food for the price!! My wife love the Parmesan crusted chicken!! 10/10 great date night spot!

Went for a birthday lunch. Was greeted then seated promptly. Food was worth the trip. Served hot, flavorful and generous portions. Give them a try. If you get lucky, you may get Victoria Bosurgi as your server. Friendly, offered suggestions to make a great experience even better.

We go here regularly, and tonight was for my brother’s birthday (party of 5 and a child who LOVES this place) There were several parties of 16+ people that were prioritized over everyone. We were told 30-45 minutes wait, meanwhile watching everyone else that got there after us get sat ahead of us. They had decided ONE table in the entire restaurant was where we could be sat, and the party that was there was staying long after completion of their meal, so the hostess didn’t accommodate for that, and continued to seat other parties before us. 1.5 hrs later, we were finally sat, and ordered drinks and appetizers. My wine came out with floating matter in it, 20+ minutes after ordering. When I got a replacement glass it was hot, out of the dishwasher for cold white wine, but still had lipstick stains all over the rim of the glass that I just cleaned myself because it wasn’t worth trying to get another. The appetizer was undercooked and greasy, and our salads were swimming in dressing. We eventually ordered our entrees and my sister in law ordered the appetizer shrimp and specified it was for her entree with a side of broccoli. They brought it out 20 minutes before everyone else’s food with no side. All our food came out cold/lukewarm at best. My medium rare steak was medium+, and a sad end cut of a tenderloin that should’ve been steak tips. My dad’s shrimp was overcooked with less than half a cup of rice, and my brother ordered a ribeye and was served a New York strip. We brought this to the attention of our server who asked if he wanted a replacement. As we had already been there over 2 hrs and had just gotten food, he said no, and we asked for a price adjustment to which the waiter replied, “they’re the exact same price, so…” which blew our minds… no offer to correct it besides waiting another 30+ minutes for food after everyone else would already be done eating.
At no point did a manager come to speak with our table after the seating issue, not after the drink issue, not after my SIL’s food came out before everyone else’s (and without her side), and not after the incorrect food. We didn’t even mention that everything was cold or overcooked, and are not complainers, but tonight was beyond unacceptable and disappointing. We didn’t even get to finish celebrating my brother with a dessert because the mood was so sour and frustrating after everything and we’re just ready to go home almost 3 hrs later. We normally order drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and treat our servers very well, and we felt like we were not treated as normal paying customers, but like we were inconveniencing them just for being there. If you can’t properly accommodate large parties, and still serve the other customers with ANY level of service, you should not take excessively large parties of people. This place has gone way downhill…. We had planned to take my niece there next weekend, but will not be returning any time soon.

the pros outweighed the cons.
It’s cooked perfectly here and well worth the price for this beautiful piece of well marbled 20 oz. meat with the fixings. And it was in my face, ready for me to eat with a side of garlic butter (just ask) and more butter if I wanted some. Have you seen the price of butter lately? So I say it’s worth me paying just a few bucks more for the Outlaw Ribeye meal.
The loaded baked potato was a meal in itself and delicious. And the side of broccoli was great.
My server was on point and she did not miss a beat. In fact, the entire team up at the bar and in the back cooking my food really made my whole experience just exceptional! Very happy.
