Night Side
It was a busy Friday night, the place was packed and which led to long wait times. We waited 30min to be seated. The staff was friendly but you could tell they were overburdened. The appetizers were good we ordered a shrimp appetizer that had a a good peppery flavor and spinach dip. I ordered a large Ribeye that was supposed to be medium but was well done in many areas and very rare in others. My food took the longest to get to the table and there was already significant amount of time after the apps had long been eaten. So I was not going to extend my stay any further and bother the waitress. The parmesian crusted chicken was well received and had lots of flavor. Overall the experience was ok and the waitress was friendly and doing her best. But I would definitely choose another place if I want a properly cooked steak.

It took a long time to even get our drinks and salads much less our main courses. The steaks were too spicy and my boys didn’t eat very much of them. The salads were really good after the 30+ wait to receive them.

It was good. My t-bone was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. My wife’s burger was really good and fries were crispy and well seasoned. Forgot to bring the bread after it finished baking but they were slammed so I’ll let that go this time. Our server was attentive and friendly. Will return soon.

Outstanding service and food! Our waitress Veronica did a phenomenal job keeping up with everyone at our table. She was on top of all the refills and made sure everything was taken care of. The atmosphere with the rustic decor was nice to look at. The food was so good! Everything was fresh, hot, and extremely tasty. We would reorder everything all over again. The steaks were some of the best tasting steaks we’ve ever had. They were grilled and seasoned extremely well. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great food. We were not too hungry. They had a large birthday party so they were overwhelmed. Why I gave them 4 stars. People friendly. Restaurant was not very clean. Probably the most messy Longhorns we have visited. It definitely needed to be cleaner. Not just that but wall mirrors, etc. had dust on them. Better tonight but it kinda smells in this restaurant. We had a very kind young lady wait on us. We sat at the bar or it would have been over a 30 minute wait. It was my birthday dinner and I got a free dessert. If not for that we would have probably left.

Let’s start with the fact that misinformation was given regarding seating policy. I arrived and stated we had a party of 13 that was a surprise luncheon. We asked to be seated in order to keep the suprise. Shannon the mgr would not budge. We had the majority of our party and asked again still no accommodations. As the guest of honor was 2mins away they still would not allow us seating. Once our final guest arrived he smuggly told me “Ok, well we’ll seat you when we have tables. The attitude displayed was very unwelcoming. This has never been my favorite location now I know I definitely will not be returning. Hopefully the food will be ok. For now I’ll just enjoy the guest for our celebration as we sit and WAIT FOR A TABLE….SMH!!!

My friend and I decided to find a place last minute to celebrate Valentine’s Day, it was about 9 pm and this place was full with a wait of over an hour and a half. However, we were invited to sit at the bar and it was amazing! We had delicious drinks, strawberry margarita and strawberry lemon drop with edible glitter, also a traditional margarita and a Patron Dragonfruit margarita, these were all great but my favorite ones were the dragonfruit and traditional margarita. We also had some delicious food, Parmesan spinach dip for our appetizer, he had The New York strip and I had the Longhorn salmon with rice and an exquisite strawberry pecan salad and broccoli for my sides. The bartender and everyone else were very sweet and attentive despite being very busy and it made our night out perfect! The beautiful bartender also had some sweets to share simply a wonderful experience.

We have never had an experience like this at a Longhorn before. We ordered a bottle of wine and our meals, including salads after receiving glasses of water and an order of bread. In 15 minutes, we received our entrees, no salad. We asked about the salads and wine, which we still had not received. Our waitress told us the kitchen was still working on salads, but they were putting out the entrees too quickly. We asked her to check on the wine since we wanted to drink it with our meals. She left, returned with salads, but no wine. As she went to check on that, I cut into my steak, which was rare, not medium which is what I ordered. She did not return for 10 minutes, but when she did, she took my steak back to have it cooked correctly. My husband had finished 3/4 of his meal when the wine was delivered to our table. At that point, we asked the bartender to take the wine back since it was so late in the meal. We asked for the manager, who did agree to take the wine off the bill (it wasn’t opened). While we explained the messed up order of how our meals was delivered, he did a great job of looking perplexed, but didn’t offer a simple apology. We told him it seemed there were some issues in the kitchen and the bar that he might need to address. We weren’t looking for a free meal, but an apology would have been nice. Our waitress seemed flustered, and I think she needed some support from her manager. My steak finally arrived, and I ate it after I had already finished my sweet potato and salad.
