Disgusting! Walk in and it smells like a wet moldy bar towel. Almost every table was piled with dirty dishes. ( you could argue and say short staffed but when roaming around to find the side plates I found employees on their phones not caring that i was wandering around the kitchen, host area, condiment areas, etc)The fire alarm in the kitchen was going off the entire hour we were there. Chicken wings were over cooked by at least 10 min. (Half burnt). Water tasted like sulfur, and when we were all done and waiting for the check, that’s when they finally brought our shrimp app. 1 more thing. We never got the bread or breadsticks they offer. The waitress kept saying they’re in the oven. This is not longhorns it’s the 5th ring of hell!

I had the absolute worst experience at Longhorn last night. After calling the restaurant several times with no answer, I drove to the restaurant to place my to-go order. By this time, it is 9:02pm. When I get to the location in the restaurant where you place to go orders, I wait for another 5 minutes until Jasmine comes out to greet me. I express that I would like to place a To – go order, and she replies, “We close in a little while.” I ask if they still close at 10pm and express that I tried calling :30 minutes earlier but no one answer. She ensures me that the order will “take a while.” Perhaps the wait wouldn’t have seemed so bad if they restaurant didn’t smell like a wet, dirty, sour, old mop.

Must’ve been the wrong or wrong cook this day. Never before have I experienced a bad visit at my Savannah ga longhorn. I decided to try something new and not my usual fried shrimp. Much to disappointed the hamburger was very hard and dried out. Burger was unappealing to the eye as well as the taste. I’ve gotten better from serval if our fast food restaurants. Longhorn please fix this matter as the economy is bad and treating myself to a meal on payday should be a good decision not a disappointment.

Nice experience. Friendly staff. Food was good, served warm. Many selections from the menu. Beverages available. Good atmosphere for family dine in. Parking available. Love the medium done the longhorn stake. Served with mashed potatoes. Can add more sides in to it. Normally comes with two sides. Bit they forgot this time. Weekends are busy. Waiting time is less even rush times.

Nasty! This place is disgusting and smells horrible. The only reason we made it to a table was because my friend really wanted steak from a known steakhouse. The waitress was very rude while we were trying to ask questions about the menu and order, this was the deciding factor for us to walk out. We had never been to a longhorn before this and definitely never will again. I want to add the hostess was very nice and seemed to be trying very hard to do whatever she could to help, like clearing tables to be able to seat people waiting in between greeting customers coming through the door.

There is no bread never done for takeout. I always have to wait 15 minutes for bread. It only takes six minutes for Bread but then they forget to put it in and then I find myself waiting there another 10 minutes for bread. I asked for onions and mushrooms. She try to charge me seven dollars for mushrooms. Knowing that she’s already late on bread I said it’s only $2.99 charge for onions and mushrooms the manager wanna make me pay seven dollars for onions and mushroom. She said oh well I’m sorry at that point I told her to give me a refund I’m always standing out front waiting on my order. We should have been done on top of that. I have no onions and mushrooms that I’m being double charged for it. On top of that. The wait is not done. You tell me what you’re supposed to do for the customer
