The service was slow. It was 4:00 pm and took ten minutes to be greeted. We ordered ribs and were told it would be an additional 40 minutes and then the chicken never came out after 40 minutes. When I spoke to a manager Jessica had every excuse in the book of how it seemed to be my fault as a paying customer. She also was really rude and obnoxious. Drive to pooler or savannah and you’ll be treated much better then here. Tables that were seated 30 minutes after us got their food ahead of us. We finally got our alternate order after 1 hour 10 minutes.

Our waiter Carl was wonderful and attentive. Our steaks were all cooked properly. They did forget to bring out some of our sides but they fixed it quickly.
The grilled corn side dish was a little ridiculous and sauce drenched but the laugh we had made it ok!

My cousin and I stopped in for a quick lunch during rush hour in mid-December, which was pretty busy. We were greeted immediately, waited less than a minute, and were kindly granted the booth we requested. Our waitress was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our drinks/food came right away. Everything was top-notch! I had a very fresh Caesar salad and the freshest chicken sandwich, excellent! My cousin ordered steak (between medium/medium well), and they satisfied her request! She was happily sated. The wait staff and GM seemed to be thriving in their attempt to please all their customers, and I was super impressed, so much so that I wrote a review, which is rare.

It was a Sunday night, we waited around 30 minutes to be seated. There were a lot of open tables just not enough servers to wait them all. We didn’t have to wait long for our food to come out. We ordered the onion petal appetizer. It came with a tasty special sauce the o dip the fried onion petals in. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp lettuce. The warm rolls were really good and soft. The sirloin was cooked at our preferred temperature and was cooked perfectly with an outer crust on the steak. Perfectly cooked large sweet potato filled with cinnamon and sugar. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful night.

We took my daughter and her date to longhorn on valentines Day and even though the wait wad long it was to he expected. Once we sat down the waiter was very attentive and the food came out fast. We enjoyed our experience and can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at 4 in the afternoon. It was not busy. We were told we could eat in the bar or there was a 10 minute wait for a table in the restaurant proper. Fifteen minutes later there had been no effort to seat us. We observed the hostess continue to engage the other staff in idle conversation. No one seemed to be in any rush to seat us although we were waiting right in front of us. By then we were somewhat frustrated and concerned that if it took that long to seat us the rest of the service might not be any better. I explained to the hostess we could not wait any longer. She seemed quite content that we chose to leave.

it’s usually great but i’d especially wanted to point this out: they let a trainee cook our stuff. mind you, STILL IN TRAINING. yes, it is good for trainees to serve to people to get feedback but EW! salt and seasoning was so heavy, it tasted like they POURED the thing of salt on the food! but otherwise, the food is great when not cooked by them.

It exceeded my expectations! Before going I made sure to check the opinions and ratings of the restaurant, I went with a little doubt but when we arrived we were received very kindly, the girl who attended us was super sweet and attentive, the presentation of the food was very good, and the price was in accordance with the food. The negative thing I can emphasize is that the floor is kept cleaner and make sure that no flies enter when opening the door, putting some odor air fresheners would be recommended.
