Kira and Nato were amazing. We had a large party of 13 and we were so happy they were there. Kira kept a smile on her face and kept a professional and positive attitude when tasked with a request or a complaint. Nato isn’t your typical manager. He was often seen helping or assisting his staff whenever he wasn’t listening to or checking in with customers. I will definitely keep patronizing this restaurant.

I am a HUGE Longhorn fan. This location is very disappointing.
I used to order take-out weekly for years and have completely stopped going because the service is so bad. They never have the food ready on time, they wait to bring out the food for all cars waiting at one time to optimize their trips walking out and then your food ends up cold. If you go in to get your food, they still make you wait (past your ready time to pick-up) and then will get you to sign for even more tips (you already tip when you pay for your take-out order). Hosts occasionally have an attitude.. honestly;y I don’t blame them. They’re understaffed.
If you eat inside, everything is so rushed and you do not get taken care of. Yes – the food is good. Most of the time, the servers are very nice. The service itself and the atmosphere is just very poor. If you request any alternative order to a meal, they will never do it correctly. For instance, I ask for no bacon on my potato. 80% of the time, I will get bacon. How is it that hard to read an order correctly? (Speaking on take-out ordering).
Believe me, I have been to this restaurant at least twice a month for the span of three years hoping it would get better. It never did. Expect good tasting food and a positive server but note that your order will mostly come out wrong, you will wait a crazy long time, and feel like the restaurant needs a deep cleaning when you really look around.
Pictured: A takeout order gone wrong. Potato came out cold and unsalted. The chicken bites came with no extra chives and gave me mostly crisps. BTW – This is how they regularly serve these now and the price has gone up on them….

First time ever at Longhorn Steakhouse. It was hella busy too. Atmosphere was nice, although there was a very long wait for seating. The manager was accommodating, however. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant and did a pretty good job overall given the fact that she had to be all over the fully crowded restaurant. The Lime Chicken was delicious and juicy as well as the Wild West Shrimp. They were out of broccoli so I substituted with brussel sprouts and they were burned to a crisp. Couldn’t even enjoy them. Family member ordered a steak well done and the cook just couldn’t get it right for some reason. It was sent back 3x’s. She just gave up at that point. Welp!! Will be my first and last time going.

After going here multiple times, I can finally say it was decent. From past experiences the service was not the best and the food was not pleasing AT ALL. I had issues of long waits, orders were being incorrect, and food being cold. The atmosphere is a little better as well. I had one issue of the spinach dip being very salty but other than that, things are improving. Thank you team and service crew of the this night.

I ordered the boneless pork chops and it was too salty. I’m really not a fan of longhorn but I only came here because my daughter wanted to. But the shrimp lobster soup is really good I think, they just served a small portion.

We had an amazing experience at this location! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness from the hostess. We were immediately seated. Our server (we think his name was Timothy) was super kind and thorough. He answered any questions we had, checked on us throughout the night, and provided everything we needed! We told him it was rare nowadays to get good service. As we were leaving, the hostess told us to have a good night. That atmosphere was also super nice and calm. Unlike most places. Very great experience.

Order the parmesan crusted lamb chops with baked sweet potato and Mexican style corn the food was beautifully seasoned everything tasted great. Definitely would recommend to try these if you have never done so. The place was half full when we arrived and continued to fill up, A nice crowd for Sunday afternoon The service was good just a few minor mishaps on our service part but no big deal she still earned a nice tip from us.
