We came to eat, not to be ignored. The bar was full of white faces — and the staff spoke to everyone but us. A white male in a burgundy shirt arrived after us, sat down, and was acknowledged and served immediately, while we continued to sit without menus, drinks, or even a greeting.
The restaurant was not busy. My mother briefly stepped away, but even before and after she returned, no one approached our table. The two bartenders — a white male and female — were whispering and glancing our way. I noticed it. It wasn’t until I pulled out my phone that the male bartender finally came over. My mother was about to order an appetizer when I decided I no longer felt comfortable and said, “We’ll go somewhere else.” That’s when the male bartender responded with, “Are y’all going to order or go somewhere else?”
We chose somewhere else — because I don’t beg to spend my money. I expect fair and respectful service like everyone else. The photos I’ve included show exactly what we experienced: the two bartenders on duty, the white guest who was served first, and the surrounding guests at the bar.
Everyone deserves basic courtesy. Period.

Was pretty busy, due to prom which was okay. Wait time wasn’t that long. Service was wonderful especially Ms Catherine She was absolutely GREAT!! Wonderful sense of humor, pleasant, kept a smile on her face and had a few jokes for us which kept us smiling. She also honored my daughter and thank her for her services in armed forces. I’ll definitely be back to this location to look for Ms Catherine K. ☺️ Thank you for a Wonderful experience

LOVE Longhorns, went to one in Grovetown, busy but didn’t have to wait too long, large party. Great food, Awesome service. I had Wild West Shrimp appetizer with a side of Parmesan Fries . Did order Parmesan Chicken to go, the best ! Appetizer was AWESOME, recommended by a friend and plenty for 2 meals or shareable. Also got a Texas Margarita, very good. Highly recommend

From the moment I walked in, the initial person(name unknown) took us to our seat with such compassion and enthusiasm. Once our waitress, Judy, came, the service was exemplary. Judy was on top of it the entire time. The food was sooooo delicious. We expressed to management the greatness of our entire visit.

3/5/2026. Male and female bartenders were rude and acted like I annoyed them being there. The male bartender was unprofessional and thinks it’s okay to use profanity in front of customers as he joked with his coworkers. My ribeye was fatty and not good. Bread comes with entrée meals so I’m not sure why it took an act of congress to get some. I received a military discount and left a smaller tip than usual because I didn’t want to leave the restaurant without leaving anything. I always tip well when dining out because I know how hard service industry employees have it and they deserve the upmost respect. Today I should’ve have canceled my order and left. I will not be returning. Nasty attitude with the wrong person. Do better!

I took my son to an early dinner on December 21st for his 17th birthday very disappointing my steak/ chicken BBQ the chicken was okay the steak was terrible 6 oz terrible was three different colors it was well done rare and light pink it was like chew and shoe leather I asked for butter and sour cream a couple of times till I finally just stopped asking my cell it was good my son had the chicken sandwich with fries and a bowl of potato soup again condiments we kept asking for ranch until we stopped asking I had to get one of the hostesses to get us refills on our drinks very disappointing

Great steakhouse. Food was served pretty quickly. The appetizers that we ordered were great! Probably a busy night because it took a while for our waitress to refill our drinks but it’s understandable. Steaks were amazing and my family and I enjoyed ourselves. Maybe next time we will save room for dessert. Their cheesecake looked amazing. Overall wait time wasn’t too bad either being it on a weekday.
