I know its only been open a week, but so far so good! I haven’t been to a Longhorn’s in 5 or more years, but now that this is close to where I live, and now that I had a good experience, I’ll be back. The pork chops were cooked perfectly, not overdone. They were also about an inch and quarter thick! Cynthia G and the rest of the staff were very kind and their timing was perfect for my restless 4 year old and myself.

Waitress made work for herself…lots of table visits but yet average actual service. Hostess area with 5 people talking who do not help customers. Manager was immediately helpful but the service staff needs courtesy and customer service training.

Longhorns is hands down my favorite restaurant. Every special event I suggest longhorns for our outings. The one by the mall is phenomenal. This is our 2nd visit to the location in fort ogelthorpe.
Called in at 4 to be added to wait list. Quoted 50 minutes. Arrived at 4:30, got sat at 5:20. Spinach dip was fantastic. Wild West shrimp was a bit over seasoned making it too spicy for my kids but I could dig it. Just used some extra ranch. Service was good, but the server seemed a bit stretched thin with tables. The entrees took quite a long time. My medium strip came out well done the first time and Med-rare the second time. I did not complain, but they still removed the steak from the tab which was appreciated. We got boxes right after as everyone was ready to go by this point. Everyone else’s food was correct, but my wife was charged for an extra side of broccoli for some reason. It’s less than $4 so I didn’t care to bring it up. Didn’t want to wait any longer for an updated check. This was an outing for my wife’s birthday but we didn’t care to bring this up as the wait for dessert wasn’t something we were game for. Left around 6:30 with full Togo boxes for everyone.
I’d give this location 3/5 stars for now. I think they are still in the learning curve of training everyone up and getting the service and everything else on the same page. I will likely wait a few months before trying this location again and just head to the Hamilton place location for now. Hope this one is able to get up to the speed and quality of Hamilton place as the location is very convenient.

It’s been a while since my husband and I were able to go out for a date night and the waitress was as so sweet and made it extra special for us! The food and services were wonderful!! We can’t wait to go back!
