What also stood out to us were the paintings. They’re very beautiful. The overall décor is similar to other LongHorn locations, but the artwork at this particular LongHorn feels different — the paintings have their own unique style and create a very special vibe.
We will definitely be coming back. We really enjoyed everything.
My food was a little under cooked, I didn’t return my 12oz Riley steak.
I chose to eat it, as I got to the end of the steak it was cooked medium well. I don’t eat medium well I eat well done.
The server asked if I wanted to have the steak put back on the grill. I said “Not at” all. I don’t eat food put back on the grill. As a trained chef, I would not put anyone’s food back to be recooked. I would just remake the order.
I asked to speak with the manager.
The manager came over and asked me if, “I wanted a new steak to be remade.” I said “no,” and she said,’it would be my pleasure to make you another.” I said “no” again because I ate the steak and gave my wife the medium well steak to eat.
Theresa said, “Since you didn’t eat all the steak, im going to make you another one.”
She made me another perfect steak.
This is the kind of post Covid customer service the restaurant industry needs to have, but most restaurants’ services have gone in a downward direction.
I understand food cost, so I didn’t want to waste the restaurants money.

Was almost empty restaurant and still took at least 5 min for waiter to come to table. It took another 10 min to get our drinks. Then bread showed up. The manager showed up to serve our entrees . We said we didn’t get salads yet. Ended up eating everything at same time. The steak was supposed to be med rare. It was extremely overspiced and medium.
It took another 15 minutes to get the check.
They never cleared any plates away.
Never saw manager again.
Very disappointed.
Won’t be back .
