LongHorn is one of those chains that actually nails consistency, every time I go, the steaks come out exactly how I order them, juicy and with that signature char. The portions are solid without being ridiculous, and even the sides (the seasoned rice, mac and cheese, or a loaded baked potato) are worth ordering. Service is usually quick and friendly, and the atmosphere walks the line between casual and a little upscale without trying too hard. Prices are fair considering the quality, and unlike a lot of sit-down chains, I don’t leave feeling like I got shorted. Definitely one of the better national steakhouses for both reliability and value

We sat at the bar so we didn’t have to wait. The service was great. We left the food. Prices were good. I really liked the atmosphere and the decor of this restaurant. I had a salad with salmon and my husband had the ribeye. We had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer which we tried to make at home since getting back.

We had a solid dinner here the other night and received outstanding service from our waiter, I wish I had his name so I could give him a shout out. The food was good, I had a cup of French onion soup and the salmon salad. The salmon wasn’t overcooked snd the salad was robust. My husband got a steak and a sweet potato, both were very good. The atmosphere was interesting, it was noisy but the decor was fun. All in all I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, I hadn’t visited this chain before and it exceeded my expectations.

Ordered medium steak and got rare and my husband got well done steak and he asked for medium. Also forgot my mashed potatoes with no apologies. Service was terrible and we waited 15 minutes to even get seated when we arrived before 4pm when there were so many tables available. Brenda is not very friendly either.

We were seated very quickly when we arrived, though we were between lunch and dinner. The restaurant was very clean, but quite busy our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. She kept the bread coming, always warm. The bathrooms were clean, also. There is plenty of parking all around the building. Restaurant appears easily accessed with wheelchair.

This was our first time doing take away from Longhorn. We quit “eating in” some time ago because the dining area always seemed to smell greasy. This take out was delicious though. The food was hot and perfectly prepared. Good job!

Service could have been better after a long wait. When we finally got our food it was not cooked to what we wanted and the seasoning was put on the wrong person’s order. I ordered a second beer and was given a different beer than the first one. Without the server checking on us I just ate my meal as it was. They did comp my wife’s meal but she did not eat her well done steak that she ordered medium because server did not come back and check on us and I was already finished eating when she did.
Disappointed in this location.

Love Longhorns! Food is great, atmosphere is nice, service is usually outstanding. I gave service 4 stars because we told the waitress it was my daughter’s birthday and they were supposed to bring her out dessert and sing but she must have forgot so I was a little disappointed. Other than that, service was great

Service, warm bread and appetizer were all very good. We had not been to Longhorn before and had high expectations for a great steak. But, the rib eye was a disappointment. Although is was flavorful and cooked properly, It was thin, and fatty. Honestly, I think I could have gotten the same steak at Waffle House. I would be willing to pay more for a better/thicker cut of meat. The bartender certainly did not skimp on booze in the cocktails; pretty strong and overwhelming of the other flavors. Overall, it was decent dining experience, just had higher expectations.

Regular patron for lunches with a group of mah Jong friends. Long Horn can’t be beat for the lunch specials. Both in quality and especially in price. I usually get the cheese burger lunch special or the spicy chicken bites. Service is always accommodating even when we ask for separate checks. Soups are good and they even have a reasonably priced tasty margarita.
