Stopped by here for lunch. Our waitress was Bethany. She was great. Very friendly and familiar with the food. The portions were very nice. They make a nice salad. I had a Half-Pound Steakhouse Cheeseburger & Mixed Salad/Ranch Dressing. My husband had Grilled Chicken & Strawberry Lunch Salad & Shrimp,and Lobster Chowder. Everything was delicious. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Beyond what I expected from a $30 filet. We went on a Saturday night around 9pm with no reservation and it was pretty busy, but we only had to wait 15 min. Service was very good. Food came out quick. Overall a very good experience.

This was the best experience my family and I have ever had eating out! The service was a 10/10. My mom was finally meeting her sister after many many years and we decided to eat at Longhorns and they easily accommodated all 15 of us! The manager even gave us some free appetizers due to us celebrating. Our servers were amazing as well. Overall the staff is great and the food was delicious. Everything came out in a timely manner! I’m so glad we choose longhorns instead of the Cheesecake Factory!! Thank you so much to the servers and the managers that took care of us! 🙂

This location of Longhorn is the worst to go. Might as well close down. The look of the restaurant, the quality of the service, and the food all score poorly. We were served by Shelbie W., who was very condescending, rude, and treated us like we didn’t understand English. We asked for our steaks medium well and one of them came well done while the other one came back medium rare. When we explained it to her Shelbie went on to say that is how medium well looks and that’s what we asked for. I added pictures of our “medium well” steak. A very bitter experience. Truly not going back.

Had a reservation for 8 adults, 2 infants, and 4 toddlers. We were separated into two tables with two separate servers. One server was attentive, and the other was not. The other table had their food before we were even asked if we were ready to order. We saw that server maybe two times the whole time.

We visited on 1/21/23. I ordered the 6oz sirloin, and my hubby got the 6oz sirloin with shrimp. Wait time was not bad, only about 30 minutes. So we waited in our car and they text when your table is ready. Very easy. We were seated quickly. Our server, Audrie, was very nice and pleasant. Food overall was good. Only issue was my steak was overcooked to where it was as tough as a tennis shoe. I was only able to take two bites and that was enough. I mentioned this to our server, not expecting anything in return, but she got the manager Chuck. He was very nice and offered me another steak. I wasn’t that hungry so I said that that’s not necessary. So instead he took the price of my order off of our bill! I was not expecting such a kind gesture! They really stand behind their company name and were not satisfied until the customer is. All I can say is WOW!!! Oh, and the strawberry salad with pecans, grapes, tangerines, feta cheese and vinegarette dressing was awesome.
