We really enjoyed our experience at Longhorn today! Our server was very, very sweet and insured that she checked up on us every time she walked by. I believe her name was Jayla , but I’m not too sure. Our food was cooked very well and I have to say that the Texas Tonion was one of the best fried onions I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the table next to us seemed to have an issue with the restaurant being very busy and was upset that she did not get immediate service (I’m talking like she was waiting maybe five minutes if even that), due to it being peak hours on Valentine’s Day our server was, very understandably, running around to many different tables. Despite the table next to us being incredibly rude and mean and honestly just nasty (it was hard to listen in on) our server stayed calm and did her best to appease them. Personally I would have gotten a different person to take over for me if I was her just due to the things they were saying to her but she remained professional and served them till they walked out the door. All the staff from the host to those bringing our food out were working in such a timely manner it hardly felt like there was even a rush going on. Thank you for such a nice evening!!!

I’ve never had an issue with this location but last night was so bad I don’t think I’ll be returning. The service was poor, we were seated for 20+ minutes before we were even able to put in drink orders. We gave grace. When the food came out it was delicious, until I found a worm in my broccoli. I was disgusted and immediately felt sick. The manager came over and apologized stating “we didn’t see it this morning when we prepped”. Please beware when eating to check your veggies. Had I not been paying attention, I would have eaten it.

I sit at the bar and they don’t serve me bc I don’t have my ID .. cool fine … I understand
A caucasian friend group sit at the bar and they don’t even ask for ID ..
I ask the waitress why she states bc “they you look younger than they do but, take it as a compliment”
LongHorn Steakhouse whats yall policy? Yall check IDs or not
I speak to the manager and he states “no we don’t usually check IDs unless you look young”
But this experience definitely gives off racist vibes …

My experience with the Buford Longhorn yesterday was horrific and borderline traumatic. The to-go order came out late and NONE of my requests were honored, despite the notes being boldly plastered on the bag and plates. I ordered a medium filet with parm crust on the side, but I received a well done steak covered with parm crust. The main reason I request the crust on the side, is so my steak wont be overcooked. When I spoke to management, a petite olive toned man, he was extremely rude and reluctant to help. He made such a scene yelling at me in front of the entire restaurant, I was embarrassed and chose to leave. He refused to remake my order, claiming it would take 40+ minutes. He argued about the pickup up time vs the current time and complained that it was my fault. When I mentioned that I had to wait, he made the excuse that the store was busy. All I wanted was my correct order, but I was blamed for staff ignoring ALL of my requests and not even providing me with silverware. The worst longhorn experience to be yelled at by the manager in front of everyone because your food is wrong!!

Rebecca was the best waitress. She was attentive and was mindful to follow company policy to check our ID’s even though I KNOW I look my age of 54. GOOD JOB!! She makes the best drinks by the way!! Go see her and leave her a great tip!! Happy Friday!!

I called in my order at 7:30 PM from the parking lot. The server told me that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I never received a text message to pay or to let them know I was here. I called him again to let them know, I was in the parking lot and what parking lot number I was in. They proceeded to tell me that my pool was almost ready and will be out shortly. This was around 8 o’clock. I begin to wait another 30 minutes. Still no food. I walked in at 8:40 PM for the hostess to tell me my food has been sitting right here since 815. I asked for the manager and the manager told me that they could warm my food back up. I didn’t want my food warmed up because I didn’t want my salmon dry the hostess proceeded to have an attitude with me as if it was my fault. The manager proceeded to make me feel as if it was my fault that my food was cold.

They are the best steakhouse cuz of a reason and that’s the quality of steak. The ambiance and staff of the place is great. The food was amazing. The steak was cooked absolutely the way it should have been. The chicken was also juicy and flavorful. The dessert was cherry on the top. This is going to be my to-go place for steak

I ordered The Longhorn with Steamed asparagus. The asparagus did not taste weird or funny at all. It was very much enjoyable. As for the steak, it was cooked to be medium rare and was extremely flavorful. As for the baked potato, it was completely cooked through and loaded to the max. They did not skimp on the toppings. Our waiter was Jospeh, and he did an amazing job with service, and he had a smile the whole time.

I have been to this longhorn several times. But this time I have a problem the drink I got many times was subpar. I have had better. They were out of lamb chops and instead of saying we can’t add anything after 10 pm because the restaurant closes and the register is closed they didn’t. We were there before 10:00 pm . I left a $20 tip anyway I expect better service. It was my daughter’s birthday but we shined anyway.

Service sucked! The host tried to sit us at a table with saturated seats. Had to wait for her to clean those. Then I moved the shakers and advertisement on the table. Water there. Sat for 15 minutes. No waitress. No waiter. We walked out. And it wasn’t even busy.
